[narrator] Previously on Hell's Kitchen

Welcome to Hell's Kitchen.

Eighteen chefs came to Las Vegas
excited to do battle…

Oh, my God!

I am ready to be Chef Ramsay's head chef.
This is my prize. I'm gonna take it.

…but now, after all the trials…

-Who cooked that?
-Me. This shit bag.

-Hey, you, can you pull your shirt down?
-[Declan] Drew, pull up your pants.

-…and tribulations…
-You listen to me, dude.

-Listen.
-No. You can kiss my ass.

Keep sending me up,
I'm gonna keep fighting.

You're not fighting. You're lying.

…there are just two chefs left…

Hey, girls? Rally together.

It's not how you start.
It's how you finish. Let's finish strong.

…and Chef Ramsay is proud to call them…

Kori and Mary Lou.

…his finalists.

I just didn't know my full potential.
Now it's like, "Ooh, I feel the power."

Kori, a single mom…

Oh, my God! My baby!

…an executive chef from Los Angeles…

Who cooks the best? Mama, right?
Guess who's a mama right here?

I grew up in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico,
watching my grandmother and my mom cook.

…established herself as the mama both in…

Who's driving the ticket?

-I am, Chef.
-Stand out. Let's go.

Fillet is in minutes,
and we're ready in .

[Nikki] Heard, Chef.

-This is for you.
-…and outside the kitchen…

Don't break sobriety over this.
I know it's tough.

…while paying homage to her Mexican roots.

-I have done a salsa verde.
-Delicious.

Proved she could do it all.

This doesn't taste like halibut.
Tastes like cod or something.

-That's not halibut.
-It's Chilean sea bass. Well spotted.

-Kori, come here.
-[Kori] Yes, Chef.

-Beautifully cooked. Let's go.
-Thank you, Chef. I'll keep it up, Chef.

Her finale opponent, Mary Lou…

Damn, that's sexy. That's the same color
as me. I must be sexy.

[laughs]

…the colorful
and spirited chef from Texas,

caught the eye of culinary masters.

-Tastes really good. A very refined dish.
-Thank you, Chef.

-It was perfect. I'm giving you a .
-Wow.

…impressed Chef Ramsay…

What don't you want?

-I'm good with anything.
-Love that.

-Excellent cooking.
-That means a lot. Thank you so much.

…and charmed everyone
with her engaging personality.

Everybody who saw my fun muffins,
you all owe me $ .

-Hi.
-I'm Mary Lou.

These finalists started as teammates,
then became close friends,

and tonight…

What's the time?
I want to hear you every minute.

[all] Heard, Chef!

-We will finish this strong, okay?
-Yes, Chef.

Keep it up, guys.

-I need to hear voices, please.
-[Declan, Adam] Heard.

They will both lay it all on the line
to win a life-changing dream job.

We've sliced the chicken,
we've sauced the food,

and I need the togetherness now, okay?

That's not mid-rare. That's rare.

This is the final task.
I'll never stop, no matter what.

Keep pushing it. Keep pushing.

[Ramsay] Mary Lou.

Stop what you're doing.
Stop. Chicken is raw.

But now, once again, I have
the same food out that I have to let die.

Stakes are as high as they can get,

and I do have what it takes
to be the head chef of Hell's Kitchen!

Who will claim the head chef position

at Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen
at Harveys Lake Tahoe?

[Ramsay] The winner of Hell's Kitchen is…

-Find out right now…
-One.

-…on the season finale…
-Two.

-…of Hell's Kitchen.
-Three.[/c.bg_transparent]

[all cheering]

[Jordan sighs] Back in hell.

[laughs]

[Kori] I've made it to the final two,
and I'm not going home without a fight.

I know how to cook,
I know how to be organized,

I know how to lead a brigade,
and that's exactly what I'm gonna do.

I really am happy
with the team that I have.

Adam, you are definitely
well-talked about on your team.

Jordan, you're kick-ass
on any station I put you on.

And, Declan, I wanted you so bad.

-I'm very honored to have you.
-Thank you very much.

It's gonna be real cool. I'm real excited.

-Cool.
-I'm confident in my team…

We're gonna fight for you.

…except for poofy Marc
and his little poofy man bun.

He has been known
to be a little aggressive.

All right. First hot app, prawns.

They'll be the full prawns
with the claws and the head.

-Head on?
-Head on.

-The chicken is skin side down.
-Wow. That sounds delicious.

The fillet, I'll cut in half
and present it up

-with a little bit of Maldon salt on top.
-Oh, yes!

Oh, here we go.

Marc, he just doesn't stop.
He just blah, blah, blah.

-[Kori] Um…
-I think the menu's creative.

It shows great range.

Oh, my God.
I can't stand being around him.

-Um, and it sounds delicious.
-Yeah.

[Jordan] Bro, Marc, relax.

You're not gonna lose. You're gonna win.

[Jordan] Marc doesn't have
a great reputation on the line.

This is for her career and her livelihood.
There's no room for fuckery.

-You'll be on fish.
-Heard.

-Jordan, you want meats?
-It's whatever you like.

-Can I have you on garnish?
-Absolutely.

-And then Declan's apps.
-Apps.

I'm really excited to show Chef Ramsay
the well-rounded chef that I am,

and this menu's gonna help me do that.

We're not gonna have any issues.
We're here for you.

I'm in your corner all the way, so, cool.

Do I just write it down and y'all listen?
This is gonna be dope.

I gotta go in, hit 'em hard,
and they're gonna be like…

Yeah. I'm the boss.

All right, so, one of the fishes
that I have is a grilled redfish.

-[Lauren] What kind of redfish?
-Like a snapper, but it's called redfish.

-Okay.
-Get some marks, take it off.

-Really easy.
-Is it whole?

-Hmm?
-[Lauren] Is it whole?

-[Mary Lou] No. Just a fillet.
-Fillet.

The only person I'm worried about
on my team is Lauren.

-Hot app number one is shrimp and grits.
-Oh, yeah.

The shrimp is gonna be grilled.

-Where are you gonna grill it at?
-On the grill. There's a grill up there.

Lauren gets too caught up thinking
about how she can get the focus on her,

and I don't need that right now.

-So, you're just on the pass?
-[Mary Lou] Uh-huh.

And I'm just gonna talk to you guys.
Tell you guys to hurry the f*ck up.

So who's doing garnish, then?

I haven't assigned stations yet,
but it's probably gonna be you.

I love seeing Mary Lou like this.

Mary Lou's kicking ass. She's getting
really commanding and-- Oh, I'm so down.

I'm not gonna call any tickets
if I have to do garnish.

If I put you on garnish,
that means you have to call tickets.

I know. That's just why I'm nervous
'cause I'm not--

Don't be nervous.
Get that shit out. I don't need that.

-Okay.
-Okay?

Nikki, work grill.

Cody, work garnish.

Amber, you do sauté.

-Lauren, you do apps.
-Okay.

I'm so happy
that she put me on appetizers.

The mustard salad, I like that.

I crushed it every single service,
so I think she put me on the right spot,

and I'm gonna do her proud.

Ooh.

[Kori] How you feeling?

[Amber] I cannot believe
you picked Jordan before me.

I didn't mean anything by it.

I'm hoping that Amber understands
it's nothing personal.

I'm surprised you picked Jordan
before you picked me. That's all.

Okay, well, it hurt my feelings.

Oh, well.

My feelings were hurt
that she didn't call on me.

I thought she would pick me.

If she didn't want me,
then that's her loss.

Yeah.

I mean, it's fine. I'm-- you know.

I'll wake up tomorrow and I'll be fine.

-Kori.
-[Kori] Yes, ma'am?

I don't understand
why you didn't pick me.

Jiminy Christmas, man.

[Amber] It makes me feel
like you think I can't cook.

And that's not it. That's not it at all.

Like, this is going crazy.
Like, girl, snap out of it.

Kori, I cannot believe you picked Jordan
before you picked me. That's all.

[narrator] After a long night
of reviewing menus with their teams…

-Morning, Chef. How you doing?
-Hi. How are you?

Lauren, start setting up
the watermelon salad.

Yes, ma'am.

…Kori and Mary Lou…

Yeah, the Greek yogurt and the sour cream
are both going in the gazpacho,

for body and viscosity.

…begin preparing for the most crucial
dinner service of their lives.

Yep. Just like that.

Whew. This is the big one.

[Marc] I haven't seasoned it yet.

-I'd put salt and pepper.
-Okay.

-The consistency is what I want.
-Yeah.

[Kori] I'm in beast mode,
I'm in chef mode,

and my food is just gonna push me
right over the edge

and walk me
right through that door tonight.

Party time!

[chuckling] Party time.

Anyone want a shot?

No.

Okay.

-Everything on, yes?
-[all] Yes, Chef.

[Ramsay] Let's go. Good.
Good, good, good. Let's go.

Uh, Marc, you good?

-Yes, Chef.
-Excellent, um--

-Everything on there?
-[Declan] Yes, Chef.

-I'm starting to get really nervous now.
-Why?

Just the closer we get,
the more nervous I get.

That's part of your process.
Then you usually come out of your shell.

[gasps] Hit me in the face.

A gentleman will always warn you.

-Yes, Chef.
-You know it is.

With Cody, I'm a lot less nervous
than I normally am.

He's gonna have my back.

Plus, he got a little crush on me,
so I know he's not gonna make me look bad.

Can you try potatoes,
tell me if they are garlicky enough?

-Oh, no, I like that. It's good.
-Heard.

I will do anything under the sun,
in my power, under God,

whatever the f*ck you want to say
about it, to make sure that she does win.

I want to do everything that I can.

I will make you proud, Mary Lou.

[Cody]

-You should score it too.
-[Nikki] I did.

-Okay. Which way? Long ways?
-I'm okay.

Cody's got to spot-check
because this is his girlfriend, Mary Lou.

I don't know if you know that.

He's gonna end us all if this goes poorly.

Having that bond
in the kitchen with somebody

is going to be one of the main components
to Mary Lou's success tonight.

I want you to make
the tomato rémoulade in its entirety.

-You know rémoulade, right?
-Yes, Chef.

[Mary Lou] And then corn kernels
are going for the cream corn.

The cream's started
with garlic and butter there.

-Thanks.
-Of course.

Tonight, CodyLou is going to go
all the way. [laughs]

CodyLou for the win.

[Cody] You think
she'll still marry me if she wins?

She's gonna make you sign a prenup.

[all laugh]

-Kori, your sweet potato puree?
-Yes, ma'am.

-Am I cutting it with potato?
-No.

I have that. That puree's done.

-Sweet potato puree?
-Yes.

-Where?
-Over here, on garnish.

So, I'm doing carrot puree right now.

This m*therf*cker.

That shit is so frustrating.

You need to talk.
I need to know these things.

Hey, bubba,
I already got carrot and veg shot going.

-You do?
-[Jordan] Yeah.

I'm a little worried about Marc,
because I've never worked with him before.

If you don't understand
something on ticket,

if you didn't hear me,
I have no problem repeating myself.

Cool. I tend to take ten to seconds
after you say it just to process.

Mm-hmm. Heard.

I know that he is very opinionated.

You had three items, Cody. Three items!

-Baby shit!
-Hey!

Three!

-Let's keep it clean.
-Y'all f*cking with me since last week!

Oh, shit, shit.

-I've been cool with you guys!
-You've been f*cking up since last week.

-Calm down.
-Marc, just go, please.

-Go take your time and relax.
-[Declan] Go take a breather.

-[Marc] We'll find out.
-Go take a breather.

[Kori]
But, right now, we have a new slate,

and we're gonna communicate,
communicate, communicate.

All right, when you're sautéing these,
bub, do a little at a time.

'Cause you're cooking some of them
and not cooking the rest.

Yes, Chef.

I have faith and confidence in myself.
I have faith and confidence in my team.

How high do you want me to go up
on your liquid mixture?

It has to be legit.
Like, one layer and then one layer.

I have no problem moving
somebody off a station

or just kicking them out of the kitchen.

I'm not gonna have
a rotten apple in my bunch.

Let's go around and start cleaning up.

-Kori-- Oh, f*ck!
-[pan clatters]

Careful. You okay?

-You okay?
-Yeah.

-[Lauren] This is one pint, right?
-[Amber] This is a pint.

[Lauren] Damn. That's a lot of garlic.

[Mary Lou]
Lauren is not the strongest on the team,

but she got a good palate
and she makes good flavors.

You are on apps
not because it's an easy station.

I trust your techniques.
I trust your flavors.

-You know what I'm looking for.
-Yes, ma'am.

Lauren is in the perfect spot for Lauren.

I got you, girl.
I'm not gonna let you down.

Mary Lou? How reduced do you want it?

-You want it, like, nappe or what?
-No. Just reduce it by half.

Amber, I am worried about.

When it comes in,
do you want me to power-cook it?

She's asking me a lot of questions.

-Yeah. That's best.
-Salt? No salt.

Do I need it rolled, or can I just cut it
and throw it in there?

You want to use the cast iron

-for those chickens?
-Absolutely.

I have no doubt that Amber can cook.

I just don't want Amber to get nervous

that she's gonna mess up
and make herself mess up.

I don't know
if this is the best way to do this.

'Cause if she gets in her head,
then we're all f*cked.

-[Amber] Oh, God.
-You all right?

-How you feeling?
-Amber's asking me a lot of questions.

I don't understand why.
I knew I'd have to babysit Lauren.

-I can't babysit both of them.
-I can see that.

[Amber] Mary Lou? Mary Lou?

[narrator] It's minutes
before the finale dinner service…

-[Ramsay] Kori.
-[Kori] Yes, Chef.

-[Ramsay] Mary Lou.
-Yes, Chef.

…and as both teams
finish prepping their kitchens…

[Ramsay]
Let's spend two minutes upstairs together.

I'd like to go over a few things.

…Chef Ramsay has one last surprise
for the final two contenders.

How are we feeling?

-I feel great.
-Yeah?

A little nervous but great.

It's a big night,

and if you weren't nervous,
I'd be worried.

Yes, Chef.

This is your final test to prove

that you deserve title of head chef
and that amazing brand-new restaurant,

so this is your moment, okay?

-Now, I've got something for you both.
-Oh.

-Kori, congratulations, young lady.
-Thank you, Chef.

[Ramsay] Mary Lou, congratulations.

[Mary Lou] Feels great
to have the finalist coat.

Not many people
have gotten where I'm at right now,

and not many people
will get to where I'm at.

Thank you.

My new coat
makes me feel like I'm in charge,

like I'm about to go into battle.

[sighs]

It's like armor.
Oh, my God, it's like armor.

It's your kitchen tonight.
You are the head chefs, okay?

-Yes, Chef.
-Good luck.

-Thank you.
-Okay? Let's go.

-Thank you, Chef.
-Come on. Let's go.

Yeah. Yeah, I can do this.

My team is phenomenal. My menu is amazing.

Sorry, Kori. Gotta crush you now.

Please.

[laughs]

-[laughs]
-All right.

Oh, my God. The entire dining room
is completely set with everybody in there.

My son, my father.

This is definitely starting to hit.

Ladies and gentlemen,
first of all, good evening and welcome

to the finale of Hell's Kitchen.

Allow me to introduce two incredible women
that are your chefs for this evening.

Cooking out of the Red kitchen
will be Mary Lou.

[all cheering]

-Mary Lou.
-Yes, Chef?

Why don't you share
some insight to the menu?

Yes, Chef. My menu is
a very Southern-inspired menu.

It has a lot of things
that are my mother's favorites.

She is my inspiration,

so, my menu is gonna be an ode
to my childhood and an ode to my mother.

Thank you.

I finally have the confidence
that my mom wanted me to have.

She was a single mom raising me,

and so she's the only role model
that I really had,

and she just-- she just never gave up.

I just want to prove
that I'm just as strong as she is.

And cooking out of the Blue kitchen
will be Kori.

-Give our guests an insight.
-Thank you, Chef.

I cook with my heart and soul.

Growing up in Mexico,
I've got a lot of flair,

a lot of chimichurris, a lot of salsas.

Some of the dishes
are my father's favorites,

my son's favorites,
so it's me on a plate. Enjoy.

-[all cheering, applauding]
-Amazing.

I am a single mom
of an amazing -year-old boy,

so this win isn't just for me.

This'll give me a whole new life
for my son and myself.

Tonight, uh,
you're all in for an amazing treat,

and one of these amazing ladies
will be crowned season champion,

the exciting post of the head chef
at Hell's Kitchen Lake Tahoe.

Let's go, ladies. Let's go.
Off to your kitchens. Good luck.

[Kori] I love you, baby.
I love you, Daddy.

Thank you.

-All right! Let's do it!
-Whoo!

Ladies and gentlemen, your amazing
dinner service will begin shortly.

All right, guys, D.

-I love you.
-Thank you.

-Let's fight, guys.
-It's good.

We've got to make sure
that Kori is the winner

and make Chef Ramsay proud of us.

Win for all of us.
It's not just me, it's--

It's legit. It's all of us here together.
Okay, guys?

-Heard that.
-Thank you.

So happy for you, Chef.

This is no longer just about me now,
you know?

It's about doing the right thing for Kori
and helping her have that special moment.

I appreciate you guys' hard work.
I really do.

-We appreciate you, Chef.
-Thank you.

I want you guys all to know
that this means the world to me right now.

Having you guys with me,
doing all of this in front of my mother.

I just want perfection.
I want everything to be great. You got me?

-We got you, girl.
-[Mary Lou] Okay, guys.

I really love Mary Lou,

so this is the most important service
of this season to me.

I want Mary Lou to win.

[Mary Lou] Gosh!

I'm going to do
absolutely anything in my power

to make sure
Mary Lou takes this home for the win.

Let's go, guys.

[narrator] Hell's Kitchen is packed
for the final showdown between Mary Lou…

[all cheering, laughing]

…and Kori.

Let's make this night
a memorable one for Chef.

[all] Go Kori!

The Texas rib eye
because Mary Lou knows how to make it.

I would like to start
with the blue Bibb salad, please.

-Absolutely.
-Very excited about the walnuts.

First ticket. Let's go.

-Chef Mary Lou, ready?
-Yes, Marino.

-Four top for you.
-Four top. Thank you.

Here we go. Lauren, pay attention.

-Guys, ready, first ticket?
-[all] Yes, Chef.

Table , apps.
Two hush puppies, two shrimp.

[all] Heard, Chef!

Apps sets the pace for the entire evening,
so I have to set myself up on a good foot.

Remember, make them soupy.
I want them to move.

Yep. I'm gonna make them super.

I'm gonna do anything
and everything in my power

to help Mary Lou win the next head chef
of Hell's Kitchen in Lake Tahoe.

Two shrimp on the grill. Two minutes out.

[Cody] Hush puppies down.
Minute and a half.

-First ticket, how long?
-What is it for? Sorry, say it again?

The one that I just rang in.
The one that I just called.

-I need you to listen to me, Lauren.
-Yeah. Yep.

[Amber] We're all always
a little worried about Lauren

because sometimes
she can get lost in la-la land.

[Nikki] Lauren. Lauren.

[Ramsay] Oh, my God.

-Fast asleep! Come on, guys!
-What?

So we're gonna try to keep her on track

so we can just get through
this dinner service.

Hold on. I'm burning.

-Pull it off the heat.
-[Nikki] Keep it together, babe.

[Lauren] I'm a mess right now.

Lauren is just not paying attention.
She's just-- [gibberish]

Lauren, move!

Guys, first ticket, how long?

-[Cody] Hush puppies are coming out.
-Shrimp thirty seconds. Grits, how long?

If you ever go in a full circle
and you don't do anything,

you're f*cking up.

[Lauren] Thirty seconds.

[Cody] Right behind you.
Hush puppies on your right.

How long for grits?

-[Lauren] Coming right now.
-Heard. Let me have 'em.

-Lauren, it's perfect. Thank you.
-You're welcome. Thank you.

[Christina] Just like that.
Just like that all night.

I may not have a ton of line experience,
but I got you. I'm not gonna let you down.

Ain't nothing stopping us.
We're going all the way, baby.

[Christina] Off to a great start.
Let's keep it going.

[Mary Lou] Yes, Chef. Thank you, Chef.

Let's go. Service.

[woman] That looks wonderful.

-It's so good.
-Mmm.

-Good. Really, really good. Yes?
-Thank you, Chef.

All right, you guys, first ticket.
Let's get it in strong, okay?

-[all] Yes, Chef.
-All right.

-Two risotto, one tostada. Heard?
-Heard.

Am I jealous? Yeah, for sure I am.

I'd give my left arm to be
in the final two, but I'm happy for Kori.

-Lots of communication, guys.
-Yes, Chef.

I'm gonna do me best
to make sure you win, baby.

Four minutes on risotto.

-[Kori] Four minutes. Thank you.
-Four out. Thank you, Declan.

-Adam, four minutes out on risotto.
-Heard that.

[Declan] When Adam gets too confident
on the line, his head gets in the clouds.

I don't think he's putting % in it.

-How are those tostadas coming?
-[Adam] I'm gonna drop the scampi now.

[Kori] Make sure you talk
to Declan on the timing, please.

Focus. You gotta stay focused.

You don't need anything from me, right?

He's like,
"Yeah, I got everything. It's all good."

If you start putting your head
in the clouds,

thinking you're f*cking awesome,
that's when you'll go down.

-Walking with the risotto. Backs.
-[Kori] Heard. Right-hand side, please.

-[Jason] We need the shrimp.
-Come on, Adam!

Thirty seconds.
We should be looking good, buddy.

Kori does not need to worry
that I'm going to send something wrong.

Behind. Hot.

Guys, relax. We're just cooking food.

[Jason] That how you're serving shrimp?
With no head? You can't serve that.

[Kori] Hey, where's the head
to the shrimp? Where'd the head go?

-Where's the head of the shrimp, Adam?
-Come on, Adam. Please, give it to me.

Oh, my God.

Adam? Kori.

-[Kori] Yes, Chef?
-What is happening?

It's minutes into dinner service.

-Everybody else is eating.
-I know.

And with hungry diners waiting…

Can you give me a timing on table ?
'Cause they've been waiting now.

…Kori is trying not to lose her head.

[Jason] That how you're serving shrimp?
With no head? You can't serve that.

[Kori] Adam, where's the head
to the shrimp? Where'd the head go?

-Where's the head of the shrimp, Adam?
-Come on, Adam. Please, give it to me.

Oh, my God.

-Adam? Kori.
-[Kori] Yes, Chef?

What is happening here tonight?

I don't know
where the f*cking shrimp head is.

-Fire another one.
-I am.

Adam, don't be losing your head
over one shrimp head. Keep it focused.

Adam, come on.

-I got a head coming right now, Kori. Yep.
-Heard.

Leave it right there. Drop it. Thank you.

With Adam finally getting his
and the shrimp's head in the game…

[Kori] Service.

…Kori is able to send out
their first appetizers.

All right. First plates out, man.

-[woman] How's yours?
-It's good. It's tender.

…and she's now pushing food out
to her happy diners.

-[woman] I have to tell you something.
-[Marino] Yes?

-That is bursting with flavor.
-Beautiful.

-Okay?
-Okay.

Kori is bursting with flavor so far.

Look at that. Isn't that so cool?
Like fried banana. Mmm.

Cody, two hush puppies, how long?

Two hush puppies coming
to the window in seconds, Chef.

Thank you.

Mary Lou is also taking charge.

[Mary Lou] Let's go. Service.

-Oh, my gosh!
-Those are awesome, right?

-That is really good.
-It's perfect.

[Mary] These grits are so good.

It's definitely different
than the grits I made for her growing up.

-Sugar and butter was my grits. [laughs]
-[Geri] Yep.

And both teams are moving on to entrées.

All right, keep it up, guys.
I need to hear voices, please.

[all] Heard.

Guys, table .
One sea bass, one chicken, two rib eye.

-[Nikki, Cody] Heard.
-Yes, Chef.

Amber, seven minutes good for you?

-Seven minutes is good for me.
-Heard.

It feels good
to be back in the Red kitchen,

finishing off where I started.

I'm here to support Mary Lou
and make sure she wins this thing.

Entrées to the pass in seconds!

[Nikki] Pulling rib eyes off the grill.
Twenty seconds out.

Kori, it is definitely your loss
you do not have me on your team tonight.

Beside you. Right beside you.

[Christina] Rib eyes by the cutting board.

-Hold on. You got two rib eye. Yeah?
-Two rib eye, one sea bass.

-I need a chicken.
-[Nikki] Sorry, Chef. Chicken?

-I'm missing a chicken.
-Hey. Hey, hey, hey.

Guys, come over here. Listen to Mary Lou.
Entrée, sea bass, chicken, two rib eye.

-How long for the chicken?
-I need seven minutes for the chicken.

-So we forgot the chicken?
-Yes, Chef.

[Cody] Amber is going down,

which makes Mary Lou look bad,
which makes me f*cking pissed.

-Now we f*cked up. Okay?
-Yes, Chef.

-This is all shit. We're not sending that.
-Yes, Chef.

I think it was my chicken

'cause I heard him say,
like, "chicken" a few times. [laughs]

Guys, take all this, throw it away,
refire the entire table.

I don't know what's going on with Amber.
I'm trying to keep my composure

'cause I don't want
to lose my shit and lose my team,

so now I gotta micromanage!

All right, what's the time?
I want to hear you every minute.

-Five minutes, Chef.
-[Mary Lou] Heard.

-We will finish this strong, okay?
-[all] Heard, Chef!

With Amber's feathers a bit ruffled…

f*ck my life.

…diners must wait on their food.

-That means we're not eating now?
-I don't know, but I'm pretty hungry.

-Now, Kori's firing…
-All right, table in, guys.

-Entrée. Chicken, veal, two fillet.
-[all] Heard.

Jordan, we're about six out?

-Six out.
-Heard that. Thank you.

I'm not here for myself anymore. Gotta do
what I can to give Kori everything I got.

[Kori] Those filets down, mama?

-[Jordan] Filets are down.
-[Kori] Perfect.

Tonight's gonna be a little meat heavy,

but she was a rock
for the entire Red Team.

You can even probably go harder
on the sear if you want.

So it's my turn to return the favor.

-Proteins coming.
-Right here. Thank you.

Fillet is beautiful, Jordan.
Give me a second one just like it.

[Ramsay] That's not mid-rare. That's rare.

-Yeah. Jordan? Jordan!
-Yes, Chef?

f*cking hell. She's got to see this.

Oh, no. Here we go.

Same table.

-One's medium, one's rare. Come on, girl.
-Yes, Chef.

-Give me another one.
-Yep. I got you.

-Pick out another one.
-Yeah, these steaks are giving me shit.

-You good, Jordan, right now?
-Trying to get this bitch cooked.

The whole ticket is dying right now,
and Jordan's kind of shutting down.

-[Kori] Come on, Jordan. How much time?
-They're still not done yet.

You can't give up now, Jordan.
Keep fighting. You gotta snap out of it.

We've sliced the chicken,
we've sauced the food,

and I need the togetherness now, okay?

Yes, Chef. It's coming right now.

Right here.

-[Ramsay] Good. Slice, please.
-Yes, Chef.

[Jordan] Please, be cooked.
I don't want to let Kori down.

I don't want myself to be the cause
of why she doesn't win.

-[Ramsay] Too rare.
-[Jason] Yeah.

Kori, over to me, please.

That's still rare. That's not mid-rare.
I said that earlier. That's rare.

This can't keep happening.
We're never gonna finish service.

Kori, urgently.
We're getting screwed on the filet.

-Whoa.
-Jordan.

-Swap spoons.
-Swap spoons?

-Declan's an amazing cook.
-Yes.

-He was so close to being in the finale.
-Yes.

-Jordan came nowhere near the finale.
-Yes, Chef.

-Okay? So just be smart.
-Yes, Chef.

It's getting a little rough,
but, same as always, cool as a cucumber.

Just keep my composure. Keep it going.
I'm not gonna yell. I'm not gonna scream.

Declan, you jump
on meats with her right now.

-Make sure everything comes out perfect.
-[Declan] Heard.

Jordan's going down on the meat station.
Not on my watch.

-How long, Declan?
-Three minutes on the pass.

I have no fears there, and I'm gonna pull
this whole team back together.

Walking to the pass with the proteins!

With Declan
quickly fixing Jordan's mistake…

-[Jason] Nice.
-[Kori] Perfect.

…Kori is able to feed the patient diners.

-[man] This is amazing.
-It's good. It was worth the wait.

Mm-hmm. It's cooked perfectly.

Mm-hmm.

Over in the Red kitchen,
Mary Lou is still working on…

One sea bass, one chicken,
two rib eye, how long? My refired table.

I'm going up in two.
How long on the chicken?

-[Nikki] How long do you need, Amber?
-Solid two minutes.

Just be on the same page.

-Yes, Chef!
-Yes, heard.

I feel like shit. I don't know
how the first chicken was missing,

but I don't want to disappoint Mary Lou
again, so I have to do whatever it takes

to make sure
the chicken is cooked perfectly.

I got chicken f*cking already in here.

Come on, you f*ckers.

Amber, are you still in your head?

f*ck my life.

[Cody] I don't know what is going wrong
with your service. Just get it together.

-How long on the chicken?
-Thirty seconds.

I'm not Houdini.
I can only make the chicken cook so fast.

Ready?

-[Amber] Yes.
-Are you sure? It's really soft.

If they yell at me,
it's my fault and I will own it.

[Cody] Garnish is walking up.

-These steaks ready to go?
-[Nikki] Ready to walk up.

Walking rib eye.

-Right behind. Rib eye's right here, Chef.
-[Mary Lou] Thank you.

Chicken's coming. Hot behind you.

Beside you. Chicken.

[Ramsay] Chicken is raw.

Mary Lou. Mary Lou.
Stop what you're doing. Stop.

Now, that's f*cking eight minutes off.
We're not gonna accept that.

Is my chicken okay? Is my chicken okay?

Guys, all of you come back here right now.
Everybody come back right now.

-f*ck.
-Okay, my chicken's raw.

Once again, I have the same food out
that I have to let die.

I need you all
to be on the exact same page.

Do not let me look like an assh*le!

It's over an hour and a half
into dinner service…

-[Ramsay] It's f*cking minutes off.
-…and Amber's chicken…

Everybody come back right now.

…has brought Mary Lou's kitchen
to a screeching halt.

Once again, I have the same food out
that I have to let die.

I need you all
to be on the exact same page.

Do not let me look like an assh*le!

-[Cody, Amber] Yes, Chef.
-Okay? So, fix this.

Look at me. You know this is
the most important night ever, right?

-[Cody] Yes, Chef.
-Okay?

-But we need to work better than this.
-[Amber, Cody] Yes, Chef.

[Mary Lou] Amber makes one mistake,

and then everything else will suffer
because she's, like, % here and %--

[gibberish]

Come here a minute.

Amber is swamped in her own mind.

f*ck me. f*ck me. f*ck me.

-Don't work with a problem. Understand?
-Yes, Chef.

f*ck's sake.

f*ck me, please.

-Amber, Cody.
-Yes, Chef.

-Switch stations.
-Yes, Chef.

It's just so annoying
because it's, like, boy toy to the rescue.

My refired chicken, how long?

Three minutes out on the refires.
You got steaks ready for that shit?

[Nikki] Yes. Everything is ready.

Are you kidding me right now? So stupid.

Behind, behind. Two chickens.
On the pass, Chef.

[Mary Lou] Chicken looks great.
I need service.

-There it is!
-Yay!

-World's best chicken.
-Yeah, this is good. It's perfect.

-Kori? Kori?
-Yes, Chef.

Mary Lou. You've both got
your last tickets in now.

Mistakes in here, mistakes in there.

You've both had ups,
you've both had downs. So, it's dead even.

This service will decide who's gonna be
walking through those doors in Lake Tahoe.

-[both] Yes, Chef.
-So get it together!

I need a strong finish.

Last ticket.
Gonna give me two chicken, two fillet.

-Heard?
-[all] Heard, Chef.

-Six minutes on the pass.
-[Adam] Six minutes.

This is the final task.
I'll never stop, no matter what.

Keep pushing it.

-[Marc] Strong finish.
-Let's go, guys.

Fire table .
Two sea bass, one chicken, one rib eye.

-Seven minutes, Chef.
-Heard.

That's the last table, guys.
We're back on track right now.

-Stay on this right now.
-[all] Yes, Chef.

Mary Lou is a f*cking boss.
Like, boss sauce.

-How long?
-[Cody] Five and a half minutes, Chef.

-Be on the same page!
-[all] Yes, Chef!

[Nikki] She's k*lling it.
Every time she's yelling at us, I'm just,

"Yes! Get it, Mary Lou!
You f*cking tell them, girl!"

Meat in three and a half.
I need three and a half.

Don't stop, don't stop.
Keep talking, keep talking.

[Declan] Two chicken, two fillet.

-Walking the garnish in seconds, Chef.
-[Kori] Heard.

-[Mary Lou] Garnish for rib eye.
-Coming up right now.

Rib eye to your left, Chef.

-Guys, start giving me those garnish.
-[Marc] Right behind you, Chef. Hot.

[Cody] Two sea bass walking.

-Meat behind you, Chef.
-[Kori] Thank you.

[Mary Lou] Come on, Mary Lou.

Service. Thank you.

-[Ramsay] Beautiful. Go. Well done.
-[Mary Lou] Thank you.

[woman] Oh, that looks stunning.

It's a good combination
of crispy, sweet, salty. Good.

You got this, Red Team!

[diners cheer, applaud]

Go Mary!

Cuts with a fork.
I mean, it's, like, so tender.

-Oh, my God.
-Perfect.

-Go, Mama! Love you!
-[Daniel] Go, Chef Kori!

[diners cheer, applaud]

Love it!

Man, you f*cking saved me.
I appreciate it.

-f*cking owe you a drink tonight.
-[laughs]

Down in my heart,
I feel tonight is gonna be Kori's night.

-[Adam] You want to sign my menu?
-[Kori] f*ck yeah.

[Adam] Let's do it. I want it in blue.

I think Kori did a good job,

and I want her to know
that I was a part of that success

and we f*cking rocked today.

-Sweet.
-See what it says?

-Uh…
-Eres un chingón. "You're a badass."

You k*lled it, Mary Lou.
I like it when you yell at us.

-[laughs]
-That was great.

Mary Lou did an incredible job tonight.
I couldn't be more proud of her.

She really showed everybody
what she has to offer.

I'm so proud of you.

-You're proud of me?
-I really am.

Aw!

I really want Mary Lou to win.

She's shown nothing but improvement
since the f*cking beginning.

You know, she's an amazing leader.

Thanks, Hams.

Women who are great in their careers,
that turns me on more than anything.

And, damn, it's working.

And now we wait.

I want to thank the returning chefs

for coming back and supporting
both Mary Lou and Kori, okay?

-Round of applause. Well done.
-[both] Thank you, guys.

-It's never easy, but well done.
-Thank you, Chef.

Now, the customers are very happy.

So, I've decided to do away

with the whole fricking doors thing.

Forget that.
This journey's been hard enough.

So I'm gonna make a decision now
that will change the life for one of you.

I don't want any razzmatazz, champagne.
f*ck that. This is way more important.

-Understood?
-[all] Yes, Chef.

-Kori.
-Yes, Chef.

-Are you ready?
-Yes, Chef.

-Mary Lou, are you ready?
-Yes, Chef.

Yes, Chef.

The winner of Hell's Kitchen

and the next head chef
at Hell's Kitchen Lake Tahoe is…

The winner of Hell's Kitchen

and the next head chef

at Hell's Kitchen Lake Tahoe is…

…a woman!

[laughter]

Come on!

-You know the answer, Chef.
-Come on! You guys fell for that?

Seriously? Are you serious?

[Mary Lou] Oh, my God. That was not funny.

I've been so stressed out
on this entire journey,

I think I lost, like, ten pounds.
I don't have any pounds to lose!

[Ramsay] Are you kidding me?
It's a massive decision!

I am not making that
in five minutes, okay?

[Mary Lou, Kori] Yes, Chef.

-[Ramsay] But I got you good, right?
-[all] Yes, Chef.

-[Ramsay] Oh, my Lord.
-Damn it, Chef.

Seriously, returning chefs, thank you.

-Well done.
-Thank you, Chef.

Now, I'd like a little moment
with the two ladies, please.

So, Mary Lou, Kori,
say goodbye to your brigades.

-[all] Thank you, Chef.
-[Ramsay] Good job.

-[all] Thanks, Chef.
-Good night, guys.

-[Jordan] Love you, guys.
-Bye, dude.

-Good luck.
-Appreciate it. Thank you.

-Well done. Incredibly proud of you both.
-[both] Thank you, Chef.

Tonight's dinners service was so close,
I'll be relying heavily on these cards.

Both of you have made
my decision even more difficult now.

Your challenge is over.
Mine is just beginning.

So, I'd like you both
to head back to the dorms,

and I'll call you
when I've made my decision.

-Thank you.
-Thank you.

I know for a fact that I kicked ass.
I did everything that I could.

I'm proud of you.

Had a few bumps here and there,
but no matter what happens,

I'm still gonna go home
with my head held high

because I know I did a great job
and I know that I went out fighting.

-We're cuddling, Kori.
-Yes, we are.

-It's happening. It is happening.
-All right. [sighs]

I hope Chef Ramsay saw that even though
I was faced with adversity,

I still led my team,
I still ran the hell out of that kitchen.

And I do have what it takes
to be the head chef of Hell's Kitchen!

It was an honor and a privilege
working next to you and against you, Kori.

-It was.
-I love and respect you.

[Kori] Me too.

-Good. Nicely grilled.
-Thank you, Chef.

[Ramsay] Beautiful color. Oh, my Lord.

-Wow.
-It really does lift the lamb.

Just a touch.

I love the fact
that you're now winking at the chef.

Mary Lou, you get the first black jacket.

-[laughs]
-Step up. Come up here.

Well, well done, both of you guys.
The winner is Mary Lou.

-[laughs]
-Yay!

-Good job.
-[laughs]

All right, what's the time?
I want to hear you every minute.

-Five minutes, Chef.
-Five minutes. Heard.

-We will finish this strong, okay?
-[all] Yes, Chef.

-You just earned yourself a . Great job.
-Thank you, Chef.

[Ramsay] Yeah. Uh, really good dish.

-Kori, come here.
-Yes, Chef?

-Beautifully cooked.
-Thank you. I'll keep it up.

That's not scallops. That's fish.

-It's halibut. Well spotted. Well done.
-Yes, Chef. Thanks.

[Ramsay] The winner
of this incredible challenge.

-Kori. Well done.
-[gasps, laughs]

Declan, you jump
on meats with her right now

and make sure
everything comes out perfectly.

-[phone rings]
-[gasps, screams]

Do it. [groans]

-This is Kori. How can I help you?
-[groans loudly]

Kori, I need to see you and Mary Lou
in my office immediately, please.

-I've made my decision.
-Right away. Thank you.

-Now?
-Oh, come on. Come on.

Oh, dear God. Dear God, dear God!

It is nerve-racking right now, though.

-[Adam] Who do you think?
-[Jason] I think it's really close.

[Koa] Oh, I know she's gonna win.

-Hey.
-[Mary Lou] Hello, Chef.

[Kori] Hi, Chef.

[Ramsay] Sorry to keep you both waiting.
That was a very difficult decision.

I'm extremely proud of you both,

and even though
there has to be a winner tonight,

I consider you both winners.

-Kori.
-Yes, Chef.

Young lady, you are
an extraordinary, talented young chef.

-Thank you.
-You have all the tools.

-Knowledge, creativity, and poise.
-Thank you, Chef.

But your greatest skill
is you're a natural-born leader.

[Kori] Thank you, Chef.

Well done.

-Mary Lou.
-Yes, Chef.

You have grown leaps and bounds
across this entire competition.

Your creativity is off the charts,
and your attitude is unmatched.

And now it's so great to see
that you're gaining your self-confidence

to match your ability.

-Well done.
-Thank you, Chef.

I'd be thrilled
to call either one of you my head chef.

Mary Lou, Kori,
please, step up to your doors.

[crowd cheering]

The stakes are as high as they can get.

Like, there's no turning back.
There's no challenge tomorrow.

There's no more dinner service.

I did the best that I could today.
I gave it everything that I had.

I'm ready for my life to change.
I really am.

-[chuckles]
-[Kori] Good luck.

My heart is racing so fast.
I can't think straight.

I want this so bad, I can't handle it.

The chef whose door opens
will become the winner of Hell's Kitchen

and become the head chef
at Hell's Kitchen Lake Tahoe.

Kori, Mary Lou,

place your hand very carefully
on top of your handle.

On the count of three…

turn your handles.

One,

two,

three.

[cheering, applause]

The chef whose door opens
will become the winner of Hell's Kitchen

and become the head chef
at Hell's Kitchen Lake Tahoe.

On the count of three, turn your handles.

One,

two…

…three.

-I knew it!
-She did it, kiddo.

You've been amazing.

You have been amazing. Okay?

And your career
is just gonna take off, okay?

-Come on.
-[Kori] Come here, you.

[Mary Lou] I'm so happy for you.

-They both won.
-That's awesome.

Oh, boy.

[crowd cheering]

-Come on. Get down there.
-[crowd chanting] Kori!

Wow. I won.

I won.

-[laughs]
-[Daniel] I don't know what to say, kid.

I love you.

I did it. I stayed focused.
I stayed determined.

I kept my head down
and just kept on pushing through,

and I pushed right through the door.

Ladies and gentlemen,
I'd like to introduce

Hell's Kitchen season winner, Kori!

And for an amazing runner-up,
come on, give it up for Mary Lou.

Well done. Oh, my Lord.

It's a bittersweet moment right now.
I mean, if I'm gonna lose to anybody,

it would definitely be Kori.

Thank you, everybody,
for all of your love and support.

It was an amazing experience
and an amazing ride.

I've grown so much,
and I've learned so much.

Yes, my door didn't open,

but there are other doors
that are gonna open for me.

Maybe a few words?

Wow. Chef, I-- First of all, thank you.

It really is an honor
for picking us to be here.

My amazing son, who--

To be honest, you're the only reason
I'm doing this, baby.

Come up here.

[crowd cheering]

I want to say thank you to my father,
who gave me my poise. Thank you.

-Thank you to everybody.
-[Ramsay] Amazing. Congratulations.

-Cheers!
-Salute.

[Ramsay] Kori is everything
I could want in a head chef.

She's decisive, levelheaded
and, most importantly, passionate.

From the moment
she stepped into Hell's Kitchen,

she was an instinctual
and natural-born leader.

She'll be a great asset
to Hell's Kitchen in Lake Tahoe.

-Hi, Mom.
-You did wonderful.

Oh, I love you so much.

My mom, she's always been proud of me,
but now it's like-- [sniffles]

Now I can be proud of me.

You are now part
of an incredible hall of fame,

an elite group of champions.
Congratulations, young lady.

There you go.

-[all cheering]
-[laughs]

[Ramsay] Come on, let's go! All right.

Lake Tahoe, here I come!
I am excited to see you.

[screams]

[Adam] Yeah!

[Kori screams, laughs]
