I'm Hubba Hubba talking

to you from Hoobland,

and I'm about to send

four of my favorite Hoobs

down to earth to find

out all about you

for my great Hoobopaedia.

Here they come!

(dreamy space humming)

♪ The Motorettes are singing ♪

- Oh, here we come.

- Wahey!

- Ah!

- There we go, a brand

new batch of Hoobibuns.

- Hoobibuns?

Did somebody say Hoobibuns?

- Yes, Groove,

could you put them

in the Hoobofridge, please?

- Ah, yeah. (chuckles)

(spring boinging)

Whoa, hooby-galooby!

Tula, you've had a

great cooking session!

- Oh, yes.

The Hoobofridge is

well stocked up.

It should last us

for ages, Groove.

- Should it?

- Oh, yes!

We've got an email!

- Who's it from, Iver?

- Um, it's from Roma!

Hey, she says she's

coming to visit us!

- Ooh!

Hoobily-groobily!

- She's coming for a holiday!

- Oh!

That is so exciting!

(yells)

- [Tula] Oh, it's

great to see you!

(all laughing)

- Yeah, hooby-groovy.

- Good to see you!

Oh, Groove.

- What, what?

- Your tummy's got bigger!

- [Groove] No.

(spring boinging)

- Yes!

- What are you doing?

No, no, no, no.

Don't poke me in the tummy!

- Go on, go on.

Boing, boing, boing.

- (laughs) Stop it, stop it!

- We need to make your

holiday special, Roma.

- Just seeing you all

is very special, Iver.

- (laughs) Oh, yes,

but we want to make it

really, really, really special.

- Yes.

- Um, what can we do?

- Oh, yes, come on, think!

How can we make Roma's

holiday really special?

- [Hubba Hubba]

Hubba, Hubba, Hubba.

- Tula, that's the

question for Hoobnews!

- Fan-tabby-hooby!

- How do we make Roma's

holiday really special?

That is a

hooble-dooble-duper question!

- It certainly is.

- Can you find

anything on Hoobnet

about special

holidays, Hubba Hubba?

- Oh, I'm sure I can.

Holidays, hmm.

Ah! Yes.

Take a look at this.

(upbeat music)

Well it says here, Hoobs,

that the Peeps go on holidays

for rest and relaxation.

You see, they go

with their friends,

they go together,

or they go with their

Tiddlypeeps and their families.

Do you see?

A lot of the Peeps

like to sit in the sun

with their families

and smile. (laughs)

Doesn't that look absolutely

hooble-dooble-duper?

A good warm rest.

- Of course.

A rest.

- Perfect.

And I know exactly what we

need to do to give Roma a rest.

- What?

♪ Oh what, oh what, oh what ♪

♪ Oh what ♪

♪ Oh what, oh what, oh what ♪

♪ What, what, what ♪

- Here's what.

(gentle music)

- Are you comfortable, Roma?

- (sighs) Yes, Hoobs.

Thank you.

- (sighs) Yes, me too.

- Perfect.

Now, Groove,

you stay up here and

make sure that Roma

has her rest.

- Yeah.

- We'll go down and

get ready for Hoobnews.

- Yeah, yeah, you

do that. (sighs)

Hooby-groovy.

(liquid slurping)

- Ah.

Oh, hooby-bother.

- Hmm?

What's the matter, Roma?

- Oh, Groove, I wonder

whether you'd mind

awfully going and fetching

me another cup of Hoobjuice?

- Aw, no, Roma.

Course not.

(playful music)

(Roma sighs)

♪ Pom, pom, pom,

pom, pom, pom, pom ♪

I don't know about

all this resting.

It's a bit too restful for me.

(playful music)

- There you go, Roma.

- Oh dear, Groove.

- What?

- You've forgotten the straw.

- Eh?

Oh, yeah.

Sorry.

(playful music)

- Oh. (grunts)

Oh.

Oh, pom, pom, pom,

pom, pom, pom.

- (sighs) Here you go, Roma.

- Oh, thank you, Groove.

(slurps)

Ah, that's better.

- Good, good.

- Right, now.

- Roma?

Where are you going?

You're supposed to be resting.

Roma.

- The thing is, Hubba Hubba,

I decided that rest is

definitely not what I'm after.

It's just not, not active enough

for an active Hoob like me.

- Ah, I see, Roma.

Well, how about a visit

to the Tiddlypeeps?

They're very active.

- That's a fan-tabby-hooby

idea, Hubba Hubba.

I'd love to visit

the Tiddlypeeps.

- Come on then, I'll drive you.

- Oh, yes!

Hoobacious idea.

(Groove laughs)

- Do you fancy something

out of the Hoobofridge?

- Not now, Groove.

Groove! No!

We shouldn't really.

(Groove laughs)

- Go on.

- All right.

Just a nibble.

- Yeah.

(metallic ringing)

(upbeat music)

- Look, it's Roma!

- Would you like to

do a Hooby hello?

- [All Kids] Yes!

- [All] Hooble-doop,

hooble-doop, woop, woop, woop!

- Now, I wonder if you

Tiddlypeeps can help me?

I'm having a little visit

with Iver, Groove, and Tula.

But the thing is

that they're trying to

make my holiday special

by giving me a rest.

But the thing is I'd much

rather do something energetic!

- Well, what about

playing games, Roma?

- Watch.

I'm it.

You're it.

- [Blonde Girl] You're it.

- Oh, I say.

- You're it.

- This seems like a

fan-tabby-hooby game.

I'm gonna get straight

back to the Hoobmobile

to play touch and run with

Iver, Groove, and Tula.

Hooble-toodle-doo.

- [All Kids] Hooble-toodle-doo!

(upbeat music)

(all laughing)

- Hooby-groovy, I'm on!

- Oh!

(Iver and Roma laughing)

- Run!

- Oh, yes, run!

You have to run.

You, no, not me.

You won't get me, I just, ow!

- Oh, woo, you're on!

- All right!

(playful music)

- Oh!

- You're on!

- Oh, Roma!

(all laughing)

You're on!

- I'm gonna touch

Groove! (laughs)

(gentle music)

(laughs) Oh, really.

(spring boinging)

You're on, Groove.

- What's going on?

- Get up and chase me. (laughs)

(Groove grunts)

(gentle music)

(Roma laughs)

Come on, Groove. (laughs)

(Groove humming)

(Groove sniffing)

- Oh, dear.

Hey.

Watch out for that Roma.

- You're on, Iver! (laughs)

- What?

Oh.

Right, Roma.

I'm going to get you.

(Roma laughing)

I'm coming, I'm coming!

(Groove laughs)

- Do you know,

I think I'm gonna nip outside

and see what makes

holidays special for Peeps

whilst you and Iver

play with Roma.

You know, just in

case touch and run

isn't the answer after all.

- [Tula] Oh, good idea.

- [Iver] You're on, Roma.

(Roma laughs)

- [Roma] Tula, you're on!

- That was a hoobacious game.

- Abso-hooby-lutely!

And it's definitely

made my holiday special.

- Oh, good.

- But,

it's not over yet.

There must be hoobloads more

we can do to make it special!

- Well, yes.

But what?

♪ What, oh what ♪

♪ What, what ♪

♪ Oh what, oh what ♪

- [Hubba Hubba] Roma,

Roma, Roma, Roma.

- Oh, here's Roma,

maybe she knows what.

- What?

- No, hang on, can't be Roma.

Roma's here.

It's Groove!

Groove?

- [Iver] Groove?

Come in, Groove.

- Yes, Groove?

- Groove!

- Yeah, what is?

(grunts)

Hooble-doop, Hoobs.

What do you want?

- No, no, no, Groove.

You're supposed

to give a report.

- Oh, yes, right.

A, a report.

Where's my mic?

Oh, there it is.

Hooble-doop, Hoobs!

It's a lovely day, and uh--

- Oh, say where you are!

- Uh, oh right, yes, yes.

I'm at the, um, the seaside.

- Oh dear.

That's not very good.

Try, as you can

see I've come here

to this hoobacious beach.

- Why?

- Because that's what I do.

- Oh, all right then.

(clears throat)

Hooble-doop, Hoobs.

As you can see

I've come here to

this hoobacious beach.

- That's better!

- And I've got some of this

Peep food called fish and chips.

Now, I've found out that

Peeps and Tiddlypeeps

love to eat lots of food

when they're on holiday.

In fact it's the food they eat

that often makes

the holiday special.

- The food?

Right.

- So I decided to test this out.

I've just eaten hoobloads

of fish and chips.

It certainly was special,

I can tell you. (laughs)

In fact it was so special

I fell asleep afterwards.

So this is Groove Hoob

reporting from the seaside,

stuffed full of fish and chips,

and just about to, um,

fall back to sleep again.

Tooble-toodle-doo.

- [Roma, Iver, And

Tula] Hooble-toodle-doo.

- Hey, Groove, Groove.

Don't you go back to

sleep, we need you here.

- (grunts) What?

Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah,

all right, all right.

Now, where's my mic?

- A hoobyfeast!

Oh, that'll make

my holiday special!

I haven't had any

hoobfood for ages!

- Well, Roma,

you're in luck!

(playful music)

(spring boinging)

Look at this.

- (gasps) Hooby-galooby!

I've never seen

anything like it!

(guitar music)

- Oh, yummy!

- Well, there must be a

way of eating all of this!

- Mmm, but how?

♪ How, how, how ♪

♪ How, how, how, how, how ♪

♪ How, how ♪

(guitar music)

- By having me to

stay, that's how!

(hiccups) Oh, sorry.

- You know, the seaside is.

(gentle music)

What's been going on here?

- Oh, we gave Roma a hoobyfeast

to make her holiday special.

- A hoobyfeast?

I've missed a hoobyfeast?

- Yes you have, Groove.

But you are full of fish

and chips though. (giggles)

Now then, Roma,

the question is,

did this make your

holiday special?

- Oh, yes.

But I think there's something

that might make

it extra special.

- You do?

- Yes!

It's so lovely seeing you all.

If I could find a way

to remember you just

the way you are today,

that would be very

special indeed.

(mellow music)

♪ I'm looking for

a way to remember ♪

♪ All the things

we've done together ♪

♪ I want to recall the

good times had by all ♪

♪ Yes, I want to

♪ Oh Roma, how we'll miss you ♪

♪ It's what a holiday

♪ But I mustn't stay

I have to get away ♪

♪ It's important that

I carry on reporting ♪

with us in the Hoobmobile ♪

good a hoobyholiday can feel ♪

(Groove yawns)

- Hubba, Hubba, Hubba.

Ah, now then, Hoobs.

I found a story

that might just help

you work out how Roma can

remember her holidays.

Take a look at this.

(gentle music)

- [Narrator] Charlie the

China dog sat on a shelf

in Mrs Seaweed's seaside shop,

and wondered if anyone

would ever buy him.

- It's all right for you.

- [Narrator] Charlie

said to Percy Pebble.

- Lots of children

will want to buy you.

You're lovely and shiny and

you remind them of the time

they spent here on the beach.

(Iver and Tula chuckling)

- [Narrator] And he was right.

A little boy ran up

and pointed to Percy.

- This one, please.

It'll remind me of the time

I spent here on the beach.

- [Narrator] But no

one wanted Charlie.

- [Lucy] Cheer up, Charlie.

- [Narrator] Said

Lucy Lighthouse.

- No one's bought me yet either.

- But they soon will.

- [Narrator] Said

Charlie, sadly.

- You're sure to remind

someone of their holiday.

- [Narrator] And

he was right again.

Just then a little girl

came into the shop.

She looked at all the things

on Mrs Seaweed's shelf,

but she didn't want any of them.

- None of these things

reminds me of my holiday.

Sorry.

- [Narrator] But just as

she was leaving the shop,

she stopped.

- Wait a minute.

- [Narrator] All the

things on the shelf

turned to see what

she was looking at.

- This China dog, he's

just like the little dog

who wagged his tail at me

on the beach yesterday,

and then I threw things

for him to fetch.

He'll remind me of my holiday.

I'd like to have him, please.

- Yes!

- Yes!

(little girl humming)

- Don't worry.

- [Narrator] Called

Charlie as he waved goodbye

to his friends on the shelf.

- It'll be your turn soon!

- [Narrator] And he was

right about that too.

(Groove snoring)

(Tula sighs)

(Iver laughing)

(Roma laughing)

- That's it, we've got

to give you something

that will always remind

you of your holiday, Roma.

- Like a bit of Hoobycake.

- No, Tula, I'd just eat it.

Hmm, it'll need to be

something very small.

I travel around a lot, you know,

and I can't take

very much with me.

(Iver giggles)

- Of course you can't, Roma.

- I know, maybe the Tiddlypeeps

could think of something

small that I could keep

with me all the time.

- Great idea, I'll drive

you to some Tiddlypeeps

and you can ask them!

- Oh, yes.

- Come on.

(playful music)

(Iver laughs)

- Um, will you help

me clear up, Groove?

(Groove snores)

Groove!

- What?

(metallic ringing)

(upbeat music)

- Photographs from

our school trip.

- Have a look.

- I say,

they're lovely!

- Why have you come

to see us, Roma?

- I need your help.

I've been having a hoobacious

holiday in the Hoobmobile,

and I really want something

to help me remember it.

- You mean a souvenir, Roma?

- A souvenir, that's

what it's called, eh?

Well, what do you

think would be best?

- What about a photograph, Roma?

- That's a fan-tabby-hooby idea!

I'm gonna get back to

the Hoobmobile now,

and get a snap of those Hoobs.

Hooble-toodle-doo!

- [Both] Hooble-toodle-doo!

(upbeat music)

- Ah, there we are.

Quickly.

- Quickly, before it goes off.

- Smile, please!

(Iver laughing)

(Roma laughing)

Let's have a look.

- Oh, yeah.

- Oh, perfect!

(all laughing)

And just in time!

I've got to go very soon.

- Aw.

- Aw.

- Not before we've

done Hoobnews, Roma.

- Oh, no.

- Hubba, Hubba.

- Oh, it's time for Hoobnews

now, come on, come on.

- Yeah!

- You know the way.

- Well, Hoobs, are you

ready with your Hoobnews

for my great Hoobopaedia?

- [All] Ready, Hubba Hubba.

- Then take it away!

(upbeat music)

- Hooble-doop-woop to

all you Hoobs out there.

Welcome to Hoobnews, the news

show for Hoobs everywhere.

I'm Iver.

- I'm Tula.

- And I'm Groove.

- And today--

- And I'm Roma!

- No, not yet.

- Down there, no, no, no.

And today we've been

asking the question.

- How can we make

Roma's holiday special?

- And the answer is!

- Shh, Roma,

- Oh, oh.

that's not how we do it.

- No.

- (sniffs) Go on, Groove.

- Oh, (clears throat) first

we tried to give Roma a rest.

- But that wasn't

the right thing

for an active Hoob like me.

- [Iver] Then the

Tiddlypeeps suggested a game.

- Which was fan-tabby-hooby!

- [Tula] And Groove

told us that some Peeps

eat a lot to make

holidays special.

- [Groove] So Iver and Tula

gave Roma a hoobyfeast.

- (laughs) Then I decided I

needed something to remind me

of my holiday.

And the Tiddlypeeps came

up with the perfect answer.

- [All] A photograph!

- And a fan-tabby-hooby

photograph it is too.

So, it's thanks once again to

Iver, Tula, Groove, and Roma

for giving Hoobs

everywhere a little peep

into the world of Peeps.

And remember, wherever

you are, have a nice day

and hooble-toodle-doo!

- [All] Hooble-toodle-doo!

- (sighs) Well, Hoobs,

it's time I was off.

- Oh, Roma.

We wish you could stay.

- But I can't.

I've got lots of

- Yeah.
