I'm Hubba Hubba talking

to you from Hoobland

and I'm about to send

four of my favorite Hoobs

down to Earth to find

out all about you

for my Great Hoobapedia.

Here they come!

(upbeat music)

♪ Iver, Groove, and Tula ♪

♪ We're Hoobs ♪

♪ And they're ready to go ♪

♪ Hey ♪

♪ Now the wheels are turning ♪

♪ We can all get learning ♪

♪ All the things

we want to know ♪

♪ Hubba Hubba's in Hoobland ♪

♪ And Roma's

somewhere far away ♪

♪ Ooh, ooh, ooh ♪

♪ The Motorettes are singing ♪

♪ We keep the engine spinning ♪

♪ Hoob hoob hooray ♪

♪ The Hoobmobile is

coming your way ♪

- Oh, here we come!

- Well, hey!

- Ah!

♪ The Hoobs are here

so what do you say ♪

♪ Hoobs ♪

(peaceful music)

(snoring)

- Oh, hooble-doop, Tula.

- Hooble-doop, Iver.

- [Both] Hooble-doop, Groove.

Groove?

- Hooby-galooby, Groove's up!

- He can't be! He's

never up before us!

- Groove! Where are you?

- Groove!

- [Both] Groove?

- Groove!

He's not in here.

I'll go and check in

the clutter cupboard.

- I don't understand it.

He must be somewhere.

But where?

♪ Where, where, where? ♪

♪ Where? ♪

- Well I don't know where.

(Groove yawns)

- Ah, hooble-doop, Iver.

Hooble-doop, Tula.

- [Iver And Tula] Groove!

- You're not usually

up this early.

- Oh, I haven't been to bed yet.

I've been up all night.

- What are you wearing?

- Hm?

Oh, this!

I found it in my collection

of things with stripes

and I thought it

would be good to wear

whilst I'm working

with Hoob-o-fix.

Stops my hooby fur

sticking together.

- What have you been doing?

- I've been making something.

This!

- Groove!

It's hoobly-groobly.

(laughs)

- Wish I had made it

- Ooh!

What is it?

- Well it's, um, it's one

of those, um, you know,

the- excuse me (yawns)

- [Both] What?

- It's not finished yet,

it needs decorating.

So all I need to

do is to- (snores)

- What?

- Tell us, Groove!

- Cheesy people... (snores)

- Groove!

Wake up!

(snores)

- He couldn't keep his Hooby

eyes open even a second longer.

- And he didn't get

to decorate his model.

- Hey, wouldn't it

be hoobly-groobly

if we decorated it for him?

- Hoobacious idea, Tula!

Maybe after Hoob News, eh?

- I wonder how we could

decorate it, Iver.

- Well it would help

if we knew what it is.

- Maybe if we try decorating

it in different ways,

we'll find out what it is.

- Hm, it looks like

some kind of Peep animal

with four legs, two

ears, and a tail.

- But there are

hoob-loads of Peep animals

with four legs, two ears,

and a tail, aren't there?

- Yes, Tula.

And there are

hoob-loads of questions

we can ask for Hoob News!

It's just a matter

of hitting one.

- Oh, yes, yes, yes.

In a minute, Iver.

The first thing I want to know,

is what's the best way to

decorate Groove's model.

- [Offscreen Voice]

Hubba Hubba Hubba Hubba!

- Tula, You've just

hit the question!

- What's the best way to

decorate Groove's model?

What a hooble-dooble-duper

question!

Hoobs everywhere

will be clamoring

to find the answer

in my Hoobopedia.

What is it, by the way?

- Oh, well, uh, we don't know.

Um, a giraffe?

A hippo?

A cat?

An elephant?

A mouse?

- Could you please

look on HoobNet

to see what you can find out

about decorating, Hubba Hubba?

- Doing it right now, Tula.

Decorating, decorating, aha!

Take a look at these

pictures, Hoobs.

Oh, look, these Peeps are

decorating, aren't they, Hoobs?

Ooh, look at all

those sparkly colors!

And that whole house

looks like it's sparkling.

Well there must be some

sort of a party going on.

Look, more glittery decorations.

More sparkly

decorations on the tree!

Oh, how lovely!

- Oh, Iver, that's just

what Groove's model needs.

Some sparkly decorations.

- Well if you're sure.

- Oh yes, these are the

sparkliest decorations I've got.

Here, Iver, get sticking.

♪ Sparkly metal tops

are quite the thing ♪

♪ To make Groove's

shape look just right ♪

♪ Use sparkly metal

tops with vigor ♪

♪ And decorate Groove's

shapely figure ♪

♪ Sleep, oh model maker ♪

♪ Rest your Hooby eyes ♪

♪ Just take a break

and when you wake ♪

♪ You'll get a big surprise ♪

♪ Sleep, oh model maker ♪

♪ You worked all

through the night ♪

♪ So you nod off and

while we're waiting ♪

♪ We'll finish the decorating ♪

- Oh, how

hoobly-groobly is that?

- Well, it's uh, it's uh,

well it's sparkly, it's pretty

too, but the bottle tops,

they look at little

like fish scales to me.

- No they don't!

- Yes they do!

And I don't think Groove's

animal's a fish, Tula.

- [Offscreen Voice]

Hubba Hubba Hubba Hubba!

- A fish?

Did I hear you say that

Groove's Peep animal is a fish?

(yawns)

- Why'd you try to turn

it into a fish, Tula?

It's got four legs,

two ears, and a tail!

It's not a fish!

- Oh, hooby-bother!

I just thought it would

look lovely all sparkly and-

- Scaly?

So what is it, Groove?

- You're not going to get an

answer out of Groove, Iver.

But you might get some

help from the Tiddlypeeps.

- Oh yes!

I want to go!

Let me, please!

- Hubba Hubba, what we

really need to find out

is what sort of animal this is.

- Tell you what, I'll email

Roma and see what she can find

with four legs, two

ears, and a tail.

- Hurry up, Iver!

Motorettes, here we come!

(upbeat music)

- Seatbelts?

- Seatbelts!

- [Both] We're off to

see the Tiddlypeeps!

(upbeat music)

- Hooble-doop, Tiddlypeeps.

Oh, she is so hoobly-groobly!

What are you up to?

- We're dressing up

our dolls in teddies.

- Oh I love dressing up!

- And we're

decorating them, too.

- And decorating?

That's exactly what we're doing!

Groove made this

model of a Peep animal

and he was about to decorate

it when he fell fast asleep.

So Iver and I are

decorating it for him.

- What sort of animal is it?

- We don't exactly know.

- Perhaps it's a poodle!

- A poodle?

- Yes, it's a little dog!

I've got a toy one here.

Peeps often decorate

poodles like this.

(poodle barking)

- Hooby-galooby, yes!

I bet this is just what

Groove was thinking of.

Hooble-toodle-doo!

- [Girls] Hooble-toodle-doo!

(upbeat music)

- Pink bows! Pink bows!

- Yes, but what if

it isn't a poodle?

- Well it's got four legs, a

tail, and two ears, hasn't it?

So has a poodle!

And Groove said it

needed decorating,

and you decorate poodles.

Look, Iver, I've got

millions of pink bows

in my Hooby bits box.

- Oh, alright.

♪ Instead of metal tops ♪

♪ I think what would be

best are bows in pink ♪

♪ Let's decorate

it top to toes ♪

♪ In hooby-groovy pinky bows ♪

♪ Sleep, oh model maker ♪

♪ Rest your Hooby eyes ♪

♪ Just take a break

and when you wake ♪

♪ You'll get a big surprise ♪

♪ Sleep, oh model maker ♪

♪ You worked all

through the night ♪

♪ So you nod off and

while we're waiting ♪

♪ We'll finish the decorating ♪

- Oh, Iver, we've done it!

(laughs)

(yawns)

- Oh, sorry Groove!

(mumbles)

- What's that?

- [Tula] A poodle!

- It looks terrible!

I don't want pink bows

on my, on my (yawns)

- On your what?

♪ What, what, what? ♪

♪ What? ♪

- We still don't know what,

and we'll never know if

he keeps falling asleep!

- Oh well, pink bows might

be wrong for Groove's model

but they're perfect for me.

- [Offscreen Voice]

Roma Roma Roma Roma!

- Oh, thank goodness, it's Roma.

- Hooble-doop, Hoobs!

- [Iver and Tula]

Hooble-doop, Roma!

- Hey, those horses are

just like Groove's model!

- Well, they've

certainly got four legs,

two ears, and a tail!

Believe me, I've checked!

Aren't they fan-tabby-hooby?

- Yes, but what are

they decorated with?

- Oh, well, the fur of course!

You can get horses with brown

fur, gray fur, black fur.

Now, often Peeps get on horses

and have a jumping competition.

It's called, "Show Jumping."

The horses jump over all

sorts of fences and hedges

and it's hoobacious fun!

Now I'm all ready, so I think

I'll have a little practice.

Giddy up!

Oh, giddy up faster,

faster, whoa!

- Roma, are you okay?

- Of course, Iver.

But I'm not sure I'll

ever be a show jumper.

Still, I found you a Peep

animal like Groove's model.

This is Roma Hoob

reporting for Hoob News

with some four legged friends

with two ears and a tail.

Hooble-toodle-doo!

- [Iver and Tula]

Hooble-toodle-doo!

- Well this decorating's

going to be easy.

All we have to do

is paint the horse!

And it's obviously what

Groove had in mind.

Here's some black paint.

- You mean, you just want

to paint the horse black?

- Yes, and a couple

of paint brushes.

- No sparkly bits?

Not even a single bow?

- That's right.

- But it'll look really

boring just black all over.

- No it won't!

It'll look like a horse,

which is what I think it is.

So come on, Tula.

We've got to get this done

in time for Hoob News.

- Groove, Groove,

Groove, Groove, Groove!

Wake up please!

- What is it?

- Do you want Iver to paint

your model black all over?

- What, all over?

No!

- Iver!

Stop!

- Look, Groove.

We really want to decorate

your model, but how?

♪ How, how, how ♪

♪ How, how, how, how, how ♪

♪ How, how ♪

- Oh why can't he tell us how?

We'll never answer the question

in time for Hoob

News at this rate.

- [Offscreen Voice]

Hubba Hubba Hubba Hubba!

- I think it's time to visit

the Tiddlypeeps again, Hoobs.

They'll know just what to do.

- Don't worry, we

will, I'm going.

Come on Tula, you can drive.

(upbeat music)

♪ We're off to see

the Tiddlypeeps ♪

♪ On the road we go ♪

♪ We're off to see

the Tiddlypeeps ♪

♪ They're smart ♪

- Hooble-doop, Tiddlypeep!

- Hooble-doop, Iver!

- What a hoobacious toy horse!

- It's called a hobby horse.

- A Hooby horse?

- No, a hobby horse!

Would you like a turn?

- Oh, yes please.

This is just like show jumping!

We know all about that

because Roma tried it!

Whoa, jump!

- Hooray!

And the winner of the

show jumping event

is Iver Hoob on hobby horse.

This is what you get when you

win a jumping competition.

It's a rosette.

- Oh, so you use the rosette

to decorate your horse?

- Well sometimes dancing horses

are decorated with

big colored feathers.

- Big colored feathers?

Hooby-galooby!

- Yes, why don't you try that?

- Thanks, Tiddlypeep!

I think we've got it, Tula.

- [Iver and Tula] Feathers!

- Hooble-toodle-doo!

(upbeat music)

- Feathers, feathers, feathers!

How many have we got?

- Hoob-loads, Iver!

- Oh great!

Well we better hurry, it's

nearly time for Hoob News.

♪ Now we wonder whether

we should make this

model feathery ♪

♪ We see now what

it is, of course ♪

♪ And feathers are just

right for a horse ♪

♪ Sleep, oh model maker ♪

♪ Rest your Hooby eyes ♪

♪ Just take a break

and when you wake ♪

♪ You'll get a big surprise ♪

♪ Sleep, oh model maker ♪

♪ You worked all

through the night ♪

♪ So you nod off and

while we're waiting ♪

- [Tula] Well?

- Um, you know I don't know.

- It doesn't look much like

a horse anymore, does it?

- No, looks more like,

um, well I have to say it

looks rather like a (laughs)

- [Groove] It looks like a bird!

(laughs)

- Yes, Groove, I know!

And it can't be a

bird, can it, Tula?

- Um, no, because birds

only have two legs.

- And birds aren't

shaped like this at all.

So, what is it Groove?

Groove?

- [Offscreen Voice]

Hubba Hubba Hubba Hubba!

- No, not again!

- Ha! What an extraordinary

looking horse, Hoobs!

Looks just like a bird!

- We know, Hubba Hubba!

We made another Hooby boo boo.

We can't work out how

to decorate this thing.

- Oh, Tula, don't

get the Hooby hump!

Look, I just found a story here

about an extraordinary horse

and it might give

you some ideas.

- [Narrator] There once

lived a zebra named Zelda.

Zelda was sad and lonely.

- All the other zebras

have gleaming white coats

and I have all these big

black and white stripes.

Everyone thinks I'm

wearing pajamas.

- [Narrator] The other zebras

would tease Zelda, chanting

- [Both] See the little lazy

horse, she has gone bananas!

There goes Zelda in

her striped pajamas!

- [Narrator] But Zelda

wasn't wearing her pajamas.

She was simply born with

her black and white stripes

Every day the zebras

were grazing peacefully

until they heard a deep roar.

(roars)

- [Narrator] It was a

lion about to chase them!

- Oh no!

- [Narrator] Cried

one old zebra.

- Not again!

The lion always

disturbs our grazing.

- [Narrator] The

zebras all ran and ran

and the lion chased them

for all he was worth.

But Zelda just stood quietly

under the tree and watched.

- [Iver] Run, Zelda!

The other zebras

muttered angrily,

- [Both] There must be

a way of stopping him.

- He doesn't chase me!

Because when I stand

under the tree,

my stripes help to hide me.

And lion never sees me.

- [Both] So that's why

Zelda wears pajamas!

- [Narrator] The next day,

they all painted black stripes

on their coats to

see if it worked.

They stood under the

tree, lion came along,

and did he see them?

No, he didn't.

- [Iver] It worked!

- [Narrator] The zebras

were all so pleased

with their stripes that they

decided to keep them forever.

- That's it!

Groove's model is

a horse in pajamas.

- You mean a zebra.

- I mean it needs stripes.

Well come on, we've got

to do this really quickly.

- Why?

♪ Why, why, why ♪

♪ Why ♪

- Because it's time for

Hoob News, that's why.

- (yawns) Oh, hooby-galooby!

- Do you like it, Groove?

- Do I like it?

Ah, look at it, I love it!

It's the hooby-grooviest thing

with four legs I've ever seen.

Thank you, Iver,

thank you, Tula.

- It's called a zebra.

- Yeah, I know.

- [Iver and Tula] You know?

- Yeah, I had a picture

of one in my collection

of things with stripes.

Look.

- Groove, if only we'd

looked in your pocket.

We wouldn't have made

so many Hooby boo boos.

(laughs)

(upbeat music)

♪ Harry the horse

needs one stripe ♪

♪ So ride, Harry, ride ♪

♪ Harry the horse

needs two stripes ♪

♪ Harry the horse

needs three stripes ♪

♪ Harry the horse

needs four stripes ♪

♪ So ride, Harry, ride ♪

♪ Bum bum bum ♪

♪ Harry the horse

needs five stripes ♪

- Well, why didn't you

- [Offscreen Voice]

- Well, Hoobs, are you ready

to give me your Hoob News

for my great Hoobopedia?

- We're ready, Hubba Hubba.

- Then take it away!

- Hooble-doop woop to

all you Hoobs out there!

Welcome to Hoob News, the news

show for Hoobs everywhere.

I'm Iver

- I'm Tula.

- And I'm Groove.

- And today, we've been

asking the question

- What's the best way to

decorate Groove's model?

- [Tula] First, we

saw Hoob-loads of

sparkly decorations

on Hubba Hubba's video.

- [Iver] So we

decorated Groove's model

with some sparkly things

from Tula's Hooby bits box.

- [Tula] But they

made Groove's model

look all scaly like a fish.

- It looked terrible.

- [Iver] So Tula went to

visit the Tiddlypeeps.

- [Tula] And they

gave us the idea

of decorating Groove's model

with pink bows like a poodle.

- But it still looked terrible

because it wasn't a poodle.

- [Iver] Then Roma

found some horses

which looked just

like Groove's model.

- [Tula] Iver decided

to paint it black

but Groove woke

up for long enough

to tell us that that

wasn't what he wanted.

- [Iver] I went off to

visit the Tiddlypeeps

and they showed me how Peeps

decorate dancing horses.

- [Tula] So we decorated

Groove's model with feathers.

- [Groove] And it

still looked terrible

because it made it

look like a bird.

- [Iver] Then Hubba

Hubba showed us

a Tiddlypeeps story

about a zebra.

- [Tula] So we

painted Groove's model

in lovely black

and white stripes.

- Which was the

right thing to do

because my hooby-groovy model is

- [All] A zebra!

- Hoob-hoob-hooray!

So it's thanks once again to

Iver, Tula, Groove, and Roma

for giving Hoobs

everywhere a little peep

into the world of Peeps.

And remember, whatever you're

doing and wherever you are,
