I'm Hubba Hubba talking

to you from Hoobland.

And I'm about to send

four of my favorite Hoobs

down to earth to find

out all about you

for my great Hoobopaedia.

Here they come!

(magical tinkling)

(various space-type noises)

♪ You know who the Hoobs are ♪

- Iver.

- Groove.

- And Tula!

♪ We're Hoobs! ♪

♪ And they're ready to go ♪

♪ Now the wheels are turning ♪

♪ We can all get learning ♪

♪ All the things

we want to know ♪

- Yay!

(boop noise)

♪ Hubba Hubba's in Hoobland ♪

♪ And Roma's

somewhere far away ♪

♪ Oh oh oh ♪

♪ The Motorettes are singing ♪

♪ We keep the engine spinning ♪

♪ Hoob hoob hurray ♪

(playful music)

♪ The Hoobmobile is

coming your way ♪

- (laughs) Oh!

- Whee!

- Oh!

♪ The Hoobs are here

so what do you say ♪

♪ Hoobs ♪

(Tula hums softly)

- Hoobledoop, Tula.

- Oh, hoobledoop, Groove.

- [together] And a

whoop, whoop, whoop.

- Whatcha doing'?

- Oh, sorting stuff.

How 'bout you?

- Oh, not much.

Do you wanna play a game?

(Tula gasps)

- Hoobygalooby, you bet I do.

What game do you want to play?

- Uh, I'll give

you three guesses.

- Hmm.

Hoobarama.

- Yup.

- Hoobarama.

- Yup.

- And, um, hoobarama.

- Yeah, of course.

Hoobarama is the

hoobygrooviest game I know.

- Yes, Groove, I've guessed that

since you haven't stopped

playing it for days.

- Yeah.

- Where's the hoobarama?

- Um, well, actually,

I don't know,

because I can't see it anywhere.

- Hey other Hoobs!

Have you lost something?

- The hoobarama.

You haven't seen it

anywhere, have you, Iver?

- Oh, no, sorry.

I've been polishing the

Motorettes in the engine.

I'm been trying to

think of a question

for Hoob News.

- Who had it last?

- Um, I did.

Or, actually, did I?

Or didn't I?

I don't remember.

(Groove laughs)

- Where would a soft,

round, flat thing be?

- Oh, I must have

put it somewhere,

but where?

♪ Where, where, where ♪

♪ Where ♪

(tuba plays)

- Well, I could have put it in

my collection of soft things,

or I could have put it in my

collection of round things.

I could have even have

put it in my collection of

- [all together] Flat things.

- Yes.

- Yes, Groove.

Perhaps you should

look for it later.

Time to think of a question now.

- Hey, why don't we

play hoobarama with

something else, hmm?

What about playing

with this orange here.

Here, Tula, you go first.

(Tula giggles)

- [Tula and Groove

together] Hoo...

Baaa....

Rama!

(Groove laughs)

(Tula sighs)

- It's my go, my go.

- No, I'm sorry, everyone.

We haven't got time

to play hoobarama.

- And it doesn't really work

with an orange in any case.

It's not nearly

as hoobilygroobily

as playing with

a real hoobarama.

- Yeah, you're right, Tula.

An orange is round,

but it's not soft.

- No, nor flat.

- Nor flat.

Ah well, never mind.

- We need something

that's like a hoobarama.

- Hey, I wonder, do Peeps have

anything like a hoobarama?

♪ Hubba Hubba, Hubba

Hubba, Hubba, Hubba ♪

- Oh, it's Hubba Hubba.

- Do Peeps have anything

like a hoobarama?

That's a fantabihooby question!

Hoobs all over the universe

will want to know

the answer to that.

- Do you really think

so, Hubba Hubba?

- Oh, absohoobilutely, Iver.

If your answer goes

into my Hoobopaedia,

then other Hoobs will

be able to look it up.

- And it means that we'd be

able to play hoobarama today!

Will you tell Roma that

we're looking for something

- Certainly, Groove.

But first, let's

have a quick look

on Hoobnet to see

if we can find out

what Tiddlypeeps play with.

Mm hmm.

Perhaps we'll find

something like a hoobarama.

Ah, have a look at this.

(futuristic noise)

Oh, I wonder what that is.

Now that Tiddlypeep's

playing with something flat,

but it's not round.

Ah, that's round, but

oh, oh, it's not flat.

No, neither's that.

They're having

lots of fun though.

Mm, I don't really see

anything like a hoobarama.

(futuristic noise)

- Oh, those Tiddlypeeps

were having so much fun!

- Yeah, but we didn't see

anything soft, round, and flat

like a hoobarama,

did we, Hubba Hubba?

- No, Groove, that's true.

But why don't you

start up the Hoobmobile

and go and find some

Tiddlypeeps, eh?

I'm sure they'd be very

pleased to see you.

- I'll go, I'll go!

And then I can ask 'em

if they know of anything

that's like a hoobarama.

- Good thinking, Groove.

- And I'll drive!

Let's wake up those shiny

little Motorettes in the engine!

- Hoo, ba, rama!

No.

It's not the same.

(Iver sighs)

- Seatbelt, Tula.

- Mm hmm.

- [Together] We're off

to see the Tiddlypeeps!

(xylophone tinkles)

that's like a hoobarama?

- What's a hoobarama?

- A hoobarama is

something that we Hoobs

play hoobarama with.

Hoobaramas are, well,

they're, um,

they're round.

And they're sort of flat.

- This is round and flat.

- Hoobygalooby, so it is!

- It's a Frisbee disc!

- What do you do with it?

- Well, I'll show you.

Are you ready, Harry?

- Ready.

- Yes!

- Oh, look at that!

- Did you see that?

- Yes!

- Hey, Iver,

can you order a Frisbee disc

from the Hoobnet, please?

- I certainly can!

- Yeah!

- And we can play

hoobarama with it!

- How do you play hoobarama?

- Oh, that's easy.

Here, I'll show you.

Thank you.

Okay, so, all you have to do

is say what I say.

Are you ready?

- [Both Children] Ready!

- Hoo!

- [Both Children] Hoo!

- Baa!

- [Both Children] Baa!

- Rama!

(Groove laughs loudly)

Hey, thank you so

much, Tiddlypeeps.

But I've got to get back now,

so we can try out

playing hoobarama

with our new Frisbee disc.

So hoobletoodledoo!

- [Both Children]

Hoobletoodledoo!

(playful music)

- Hey, makalooby.

That Hoobnet delivery was quick.

And here it is!

Our very own Frisbee disc!

- Has it arrived yet?

- Oh, yes, Groove,

Groove, Groove.

Hubba Hubba got it

here in record time.

Can I try it out, please, Tula?

- Oh, yes, have it, go on.

- Yeah, but there's

just one thing.

- Hmm?

Ready?

- [Tula And Iver] Hoo, ba, rama!

(sad tuba noise)

- Ouch, that hurt.

- Yeah, that's what

I was gonna say.

- It's round.

- And it's flat.

- [All Together]

But it's not soft.

- Oh, hoobybother.

- Hey, how about we

try and make it soft?

- That's a hoobygroovy

idea, Tula.

- But how?

♪ How, how, how ♪

♪ How, how, how, how, how ♪

- I know how.

Look, I found this in my

collection of soft things.

- Ooh, that could work.

- Mm hmm, yeah.

- Wrap it 'round the

Frisbee disc, Groove.

- Okay.

(Groove laughs slowly)

Hmm, well, it's soft.

Yeah, it's soft

like a hoobarama.

- Yes, but it's not round.

- Or flat.

- [All] Hoobybother.

- Now what are we gonna do?

- Oh.

I know.

- What?

- Let's have a hooby think!

- Yeah!

(all hum monotonously)

♪ When you're stuck

for an answer ♪

♪ Or what to do ♪

♪ Stop ♪

♪ Hmm ♪

♪ Think it through ♪

♪ Take a deep breath in ♪

♪ Think it out ♪

♪ Work it through ♪

♪ Don't scream and shout ♪

(piano music speeds up)

♪ You'll feel brand new ♪

♪ If you think it through ♪

♪ When you're stuck for

an answer or what to do ♪

- I had an idea.

- You did?

- Yeah!

There's something else I've got

that I may be able to

use it to hoobarama.

- Oh, is it soft?

- [Groove] Yup!

- Is it round?

- [Groove] Yup!

- Is it flat?

(Groove laughs)

- Um, no.

- Oh.

- Oh.

- A sponge.

Maybe we could make it flat!

- Yes!

- Yeah?

- How are we going

to make that flat?

- Oh, well, we make

cheese sandwiches flat

by whacking them with the

hooby sandwich hammer.

Worth a try.

(boingy noises)

- It's, um, still not

flat, I'm afraid, Groove.

- [Groove] No.

♪ Hubba Hubba, Hubba

Hubba, Hubba, Hubba ♪

- Oh, let's see if Hubba

Hubba's got an idea.

- Hooboodoo, poobs.

Now don't give up,

whatever you do.

I found a hoobledoobleduper

story on Hoobnet

which might give you an idea

for your sponge, Groove!

(all cheer)

- [Narrator] In the

library at night,

all the pages of

the big picture book

would come out to play.

They would slide

under the furniture.

And they would turn

sideways so that no one

would know where they were.

Now the reason why they

could play all these games

was because they were flat.

Their best friend,

Fred, wasn't flat.

Fred was a squooshy

squashy beanbag.

The pages loved to sit on Fred

and read themselves

to one another.

They were happy that

Fred wasn't flat.

But Fred wanted to be flat.

He wanted to play all the games

that the pages could play.

He couldn't slide

under furniture.

In fact, he was furniture.

The pages didn't like

to see Fred unhappy,

so they got together

to work out a plan.

- I know!

- [Narrator] Said one of them.

- Why don't we ask the

big, heavy book cover

to sit on Fred?

He's so heavy,

he's sure to squash him

down and make him flat.

- [Narrator] So that night,

the big, heavy book cover

jumped off the shelf.

- Wee!

- [Narrator] He cried.

And he landed right

on top of Fred.

- Oof.

- [Narrator] And sure

enough, as he sat there,

Fred got flatter and

flatter and flatter.

Fred leapt up and cried.

- I'm flat, I'm flat!

Watch this!

- [Narrator] And he slid

right under a bookcase

and out the other side.

- Now watch this.

- [Narrator] He cried.

And he folded himself up.

The pages all laughed.

(pages giggling)

- We liked you soft

and squishy, Fred.

But you're even more fun

now that you're flat!

- I couldn't agree more.

- [Narrator] Fred said.

- Flat is the way to be.

- [Narrator] Then he

turned himself sideways

and completely disappeared!

(futuristic noise)

- Hey, Groove, if you

sat on the sponge,

maybe you could make it

as flat as a hoobarama.

- Good idea!

No problem.

Let's get a chair.

(Groove groans)

Yeah, it's a heavy chair.

(Tula and Iver giggle)

Ah, here we go.

Sponge.

Eh.

Ooh, yeah.

(all laugh)

Flat sponge, flat sponge.

Flaaaat.

- This is bound to work.

- Flaaaaat.

- Okay, let's have a look.

(sproingy noise)

Oh.

Oh, it's still not flat.

- No.

I shall just sit on it

(sproingy noise)

till it is flat.

Flaaaaat.

- Oh, I do hope

it works, Groove.

- Flaaaaat.

- I'm beginning to think that

we'll never get to

play hoobarama again.

♪ We've lost our hoobarama ♪

♪ An orange and a sponge

are not the same ♪

♪ There must be something

like a hoobarama ♪

♪ So we Hoobs can play

the hoobarama game ♪

♪ It has to be round ♪

♪ So no matter how

you're holding ♪

♪ It's pointing the same way ♪

♪ It has to be flat ♪

♪ So you must be

able to fold it ♪

♪ Or you won't be able to play ♪

♪ And it has to be soft ♪

♪ So it's really nice to touch ♪

♪ Oh what can we use ♪

♪ We're not asking for much ♪

♪ But our search for something

soft and flat and round ♪

♪ Is now a drama ♪

♪ Oh where, oh where ♪

♪ Can we find a hoobarama ♪

♪ Hoob, hoob, hoobarama ♪

- In Hoobland,

they're two a penny

♪ Hoob, hoob, hoobarama ♪

But the Peeps don't

seem to have any

♪ Hoob, hoob, hoobarama ♪

♪ It's round ♪

♪ It's soft ♪

♪ It's flat ♪

♪ Hoob, hoob, hoobarama ♪

♪ There has to be

something like that ♪

♪ Hoobarama ♪

- Now I really, really,

really want to play hoobarama.

- Yeah, me too.

- [Iver] Hey, it's Roma!

- Hoobledoob poobs.

Today I'm reporting from a place

that Peeps and

Tiddlypeeps come to eat.

It's called a pizza restaurant.

- What's that Peep

doing behind you, Roma?

- Well, Tula, he's making a

yummy, tasty, delicious pizza,

one of the yummiest

things the Peeps eat.

Pizzas are eaten a lot in Italy,

but they're also eaten by

Peeps right across the world.

And I can understand why.

They're bready on the bottom

and soft on the top,

where they have all sorts

of hoobacious toppings,

not to mention hoobloads of

fantabbyhooby melted cheese.

- Oh, cheese.

Hoobygroovy.

- Yes, Groove.

And pizzas are easy

to get hold of.

You can go to a pizza

restaurant like this one

or you can even order one

and get it delivered

to you in a box!

How hoobilygroobily is that?

- [Man] One pepperoni

pizza for Roma Hoob.

- Ah.

Oh, hoobygalooby.

The pizza I ordered.

It's here.

You see, Hoobs?

Pizzas are round and flat,

and they're simply delicious.

Yummy, yummy, yum.

This is Roma Hoob

about to tuck in to

a slice of pizza.

Oh.

Hoobletoodledoo.

- Hey, pizzas are round.

- Yeah, and they're soft.

- They're flat.

- Yeah, and they're covered

in hoobygroovy cheese.

- And I have just

ordered one from Hoobnet.

- Oh!

- [Both] Hoob, hoob, hooray!

- They look just

like a hoobarama.

- Oh, Tula, I can't

wait for it to arrive.

- Why don't you

check your sponge?

That'll take your mind

off the pizza, Groove.

- Good idea.

(sproingy noise)

No, not flat yet.

No, I honestly think the pizza's

gonna be the answer to

our question, I really do.

(guitars twang)

- And here it is!

- Are you ready

to play hoobarama?

- You bet I am.

- Ooh, look.

- Oh!

(Groove chuckles)

- Oh.

Hoobygalooby.

How soft and round

and flat this is.

- Yeah.

And how cheesy.

- Yes, all right.

Sit down, Groove.

Let's play hoobarama!

- Yeah!

- [All Together] Hoo, ba--

- Stop!

Iver, if you do the rama bit,

and splat the pizza down

on your other hooby paw,

you'll be covered in cheese!

- Mmm, cheese.

- You're right, Tula.

Yes, you're absolutely right.

A hoobarama isn't

covered in cheese, is it?

- No.

- Oh, well.

Hey, maybe we should just

eat the pizza instead.

Cause if I eat

hoobloads of pizza,

then I get heavier.

And if I get heavier,

well, I might just

flatten this sponge.

- And if Groove

flattens the sponge,

we can play--

- [Together] Hoobarama!

♪ Hubba Hubba, Hubba

Hubba, Hubba Hubba, ♪

- Hoobledoop, Hubba Hubba.

- Hoobledoop, Tula.

Oh, nice round, flat

thing you've got there.

- Yes.

But it's not like a

hoobarama, Hubba Hubba.

It's, uh, well, it's too cheesy.

- Oh, dear.

Well, I think that you should go

and find some more Tiddlypeeps.

And this time, try to

find some who are playing

with something soft

and round and flat.

- That's a good

idea, Hubba Hubba.

I mean, it's gonna be

time for Hoob News soon.

- Well, I'll go talk

to the Tiddlypeeps.

- And I'll drive around

until we find some.

- Yeah, and I'll concentrate

on getting heavier.

(xylophone tinkling)

you're racing with?

- They're pancakes, Tula.

- Are they specially for racing

or can you do other

things with them?

- You can toss 'em

in the pan like this.

- That is so hoobilygroobily.

Iver, Groove, I'm going

to take a closer look.

- Yeah, you do that.

- All right, Tula.

- It's round.

It's flat.

And it feels nice and soft!

And best of all,

you can play with it!

Hoobygalooby.

Pancakes are just

like hoobaramas!

This is just what

I've been looking for.

- But guess what, Tula?

- [Tula] What?

- You can eat them too,

and they're really hoobalicious!

- Wow, this is too much.

you're also as heavy

as you're going to get.

So if that sponge

you're sitting on

is going to be flat,

it will be flat now.

(Groove laughs)

- Mm, Groove.

Let's have a look.

- Yeah, good idea.

(sproingy noise)

Nope, it's just the same.

- Oh.

(Tula sighs)

- Well, never mind.

We've got pancakes now.

Ready?

- [All] Hoo

baa

rama!

(all laugh)

- Quick, come on!

It's time for Hoob News.

Let's get going!

Whoa!

♪ Splitter splatter, splat ♪

♪ Put the pancake in the pan ♪

♪ And bake it nice and flat ♪

♪ Who can toss a pancake ♪

- And I'm a bit full.

- And today we've been

asking the question.

- Do Tiddlypeeps have

anything like a hoobarama?

- [Iver] Some Tiddlypeeps

showed Groove a game they play

with something called

a Frisbee disc.

- What is it?

A Frisbee disc is

flat and round,

but it isn't soft

like a hoobarama.

But I found a soft, round sponge

in my collection of soft things.

- [Iver] And we tried

to make it flat.

- [Groove] By whacking it

with a hooby sandwich hammer.

- [Tula] But that didn't work.

- [Iver] Then Hubba Hubba

found us a hoobacious story.

- [Groove] All about

a beanbag called Fred

who made himself flat by putting

something heavy on himself.

- [Iver] Groove tried sitting

on the sponge to make it flat.

- [Groove] But even I

wasn't heavy enough.

- [Tula] Then Roma told

us all about pizzas,

which are round

and soft and flat.

- [Iver] But pizzas are too

messy to play hoobarama with.

Then some more Tiddlypeeps

showed Tula some pancakes!

And pancakes are

soft, round, and flat.

- [All] Just like hoobaramas.

- And I can't wait

to try one myself.

So it's thanks once again

to Iver, Tula, Groove, and Roma

for giving Hoobs everywhere

a little peep into

the world of Peeps.
