It's important to practice building
your self-esteem every day.

So instead of looking in the mirror

and saying things
I don't like about myself,

point out the things that you do like.

Like, "Ooh, I love my beard."

"Ooh, I love my eyebrows."

"Ooh, I know how to dance."

And if you can't find the confidence
to say something good about yourself,

get a buddy who can love you louder.

Baby, you look amazing.
Look at that face. Look at that jawline.

Now, you are gonna rock this day.

Hey!

Practice your self-esteem
every single day.
