[Vanessa] Oh, wow!

It has a pool!

- That is like a "wow" factor.
- [Maya] I love it.

When you come in the front door,
like, that's what you would walk into.

[Maya] That's awesome.

[Chrishell] I always loved
the floor plans where you walk in...

- [both] And it's open.
- [Chrishell] Yeah.

[Maya] So what's the asking price
for that one?

So this one is at three-five,

which is definitely above what I'm...
I was hoping to keep it under three,

but your reaction
was really, like, helping me.

- I'm really, like...
- Look at the view from there.

- [Chrishell] The master bedroom.
- [Maya] I love it.

[Maya] Do it. You know this market.
You'll lose it if you don't be aggressive.

You have to act.

[Chrishell] I know.
I'm starting to get anxiety.

- I really want this house.
- [Mary] Don't wait!

[Maya] We'll be the pushy agent.

- You gotta do it.
- Yeah.

[Chrishell] I'm still recovering
from the heartbreak I had

putting in an offer on the Queens house
and not getting it, so...

I'm not 100% sure if I'm ready
to go through those emotions again,

but, at this point,
I'm never gonna forgive myself

if I don't try everything
to make sure that this house is mine.

How much do you love it?
I mean, one to ten.

Eleven.

Okay, then we gotta get it.

- Just gotta do what it takes to get it.
- Okay.

Even if you feel like you overpay
by $50,000 or $60,000, it doesn't matter.

Right.

I've never had a buyer
call me years later and say,

"I'm so upset that I paid
$50,000 more than I should have."

- Yeah.
- [Mary] Yeah.

I'm, like, nervous. Okay.

- [Jason] It'll be all right.
- Okay, okay.

I'm cool, I'm calm.

- [all laugh]
- [Maya] You got this.

Maybe I want the house.
It's fine. Okay, here we go.

Maybe I should handle this.

[Chrishell] Okay, okay, okay.

[line ringing]

[Ari] Hello.

Hey, Ari, it's Chrishell Stause
with the Oppenheim Group.

- How are you?
- [Ari] What's up? Good. What's going on?

I am hoping
that we could get an offer on the table,

you know, that would make you
cancel your showings.

Can you give me some idea of what would...

Where we could just jump into escrow?

I actually am calling for myself,
not Lisa.

- I would be the buyer.
- [Ari] Okay.

I'm going to ask for a favor,
see what you can do for her.

It's important. It's her first house.

[Ari] Obviously, I know you guys,
I like you.

I'd love to make something happen.

It's just, we're slammed
with activity on it, so...

I'd say it'd have to be something
that's really compelling.

You know, these are pretty,
you know, strong sellers

in the sense
that they know what they want.

Okay.

If I come in 3,350...
Ari, you know me, you love me.

Um... [chuckles] You know,
and I would remove all contingencies.

Would that be something
that you could bring to your seller,

and maybe we just jump
right into it and cut out all the...

[Ari] I'd say put it in writing,
and I'll take it to them,

and I'll get back to you ASAP,

but I'm gonna need that quick,

because they're gonna be
checked offline pretty soon.

We'll get it to you, Ari, in ten minutes,
but try to get us a response

literally minutes later.

- [Ari] Okay, pal.
- Thank you so much.

- Okay. Bye.
- [Ari] Thanks, guys. See you, bye.

- Go write it up.
- Okay.

- [Mary] Hurry!
- Oh, my God! I'm sweating.

Oh, my God!

I'm literally sweating
through my dress. Okay.

[suspenseful music playing]

I think you give yourself
a seven-day inspection contingency,

and waive all others.

Okay.

Contingencies are put
into a contract to protect the buyer.

As an agent, I wouldn't
necessarily recommend this to everyone,

but I know the field,

and so I do feel like,
you know, even though it's a risk,

I think
it's a very calculated, smart risk.

Okay, I'm done.

I haven't hit...
I'm going to send it right now.

Get it done.

- Yeah, that quick!
- I just sent it.

- All right.
- [Vanessa cheers]

- [Maya] Fingers crossed.
- [Jason] Come on!

- I just hope it's enough.
- Now the waiting game.

What do we do? We can pray.

We can... Is there something
we can burn, like sage or...

I'm, like, holding
my breath for you. [chuckles]

[Chrishell] I just hope
this is enough. We'll see.

[Mary] You're gonna get it.

I have a good feeling,
a really good feeling about this.

- [phone vibrates]
- Oh, sh*t! Okay.

[cell phone beeps]

Hey, Ari. Got good news for me?

[Ari] Well, I've got bad news
and good news. Um...

So the bad news is
there's gonna be about six people

that are gonna want my head on a platter.

The good news... Are you with Jason?

Yeah, he's right here.

Congratulations.
We've got ourselves in escrow.

- [Jason sighs]
- [Chrishell squeals]

It means a lot.

There were just so many times
in my life where you just feel like...

what's it for?

I'm in escrow on my dream home.

- You're not mad at me about Queens?
- No.

- [all laugh]
- Thank you so much.

- I'm excited. I'm happy for you.
- You delivered.

I have to say, now I'm happy,
because I like this house better.

- Oppenheim Group wine to celebrate?
- [all] Yes!

[Chrishell] This is the moment
where I can be proud of myself,

and know that I'm in a position
where I will never be homeless again,

my family will never be homeless again.
I've got you.

[Vanessa] So you manifest,
that is a done deal.

Go and ring that bell right now.

- Because it's done.
- [Maya] Yes.

- Ring it now for escrow.
- I actually really want to.

- [Jason] Hold on. It is so loud.
- [Vanessa] Do it!

I am in escrow on my dream home. [squeals]

- [Vanessa] Ring that bell!
- [ringing]

- Okay. Here goes the bell.
- [Vanessa] Get a new bell!

- [Maya] RIP.
