we use flour, water and yeast. Janae: Cool!
Jamie: We mix it all in a big mixer.

This is our mixer where we make our dough.
First we put in our water.
Then you're gonna put in the yeast.
Dump the whole bowl in.
There you go.
Then we add our flour.
(mixer whirring)
Ok, Janae, this is where we put the dough,
and this machine's gonna roll it out for us.
Ok, next we're going to twist pretzels.
Do you want to give it a try? Janae: Yes, please.
Jamie: Ok, this is how you do it.
Make an X, make another X,
put your tabs up here,
push it in,
then you can just.flip it over.
There you go.
After we twist the pretzels, we bring them over here
and we're gonna put them in the boiling water.

Dump the whole bowl in.

Then we add our flour.
