Whether it was genuine or not,

I appreciate it.

I know it took a lot
for her to say that.

Now I'm like,
"let's end on a great note."

- I'm really actually excited
to just bang out this charter.

- Kate, can you please report...
- Oh, no.

- To the wheelhouse?
- Oh, god.

I'll meet you at the bilge.

- Cheers.

- Kelley, kelley,
would you please,

Please come up to the sundeck?

- What's wrong?

- Nothing's wrong.

- Oh, man, it's crazy that
we're gonna be out of here.

I'll miss eddie.

Eddie's my [bleep].
- Yeah.

You guys have a bromance.
We have a romance.

[Laughs]

Everyone's going back
to lauderdale.

I'm like--

I don't have anything there.
I have you there.

I don't have a home right now,
but now I'm attached to kelley,

And he lives
in fort lauderdale.

Have you been looking
for apartments?

- Yeah.
- Did you find one...

- Nope.
- Or a few or any possible ones?

- No, not really.

It, uh...

It takes time, but if you
give me enough notice,

I could find you one.

- For me, this is not just
a boat romance.

This is real. It makes sense
to give it a sh*t.

- I need to live alone
for a little bit

And just see how that works
for me,

Just my own little,
quiet space.

So this is gonna be
my own little adventure.

I've never lived alone, and it's
gonna be a learning process

For myself.

I'm really learning myself

And kind of putting a lot
of energy into growing myself.

I got married really quickly,
and then i--

After that, I got into another
relationship really quickly

And then moved in with her.

And that's what
I'm talking about

Is, like, I just need
my space.

I don't want to jump
into anything crazy with you.

After everything
that's happened,

For my own emotional happiness,
I needed to step back.

I'll see ya up there
in a minute.

- Real nice talk, kelley.

- [Bleep].

- Coming up...

- I thought there was
way too much whining

About a job that we were all
hired to do.

So I got a little present.

- Aw.

- Dude, eddie dropped
some knowledge on me last night

About duck penises.

You ever heard
about duck penises, guys?

- I don't know anything
about that.

Why don't you inform me?

- Do you know they explode out
like a corkscrew?

[Laughter]

- Yeah, it's like
a wine opener...

- What?
- That's, like, 6 inches long.

- We looked it up.

- Did you read this
in your poop book?

- My poop book? No.
- Amy googled it.

And we saw
a duck penis sh**t out.

- It was like little duck p*rn.
- She's got an expl*sive manner.

They're special.
[Laughter]

- [Humming]

- Um, cabin fever
is a real thing.

[Laughter]
- no.

Not in this country.
- Oh, really?

- Yeah.

Amy. Amy, kate.

Will you come up here
and help me?

- Yeah, I'll be right there.
- One of the preferences

That's different for mr. Slover
on this charter

Is that he wants to have
a theme dance party.

Thank you, god.
Oh, yes, disco jungle fever.

I find, in the bilge,
an entire tub of costumes--

Ears, whips, tails.

Stay up here,
be decorating the sky lounge.

Make it festive disco jungle.

This is gonna be fun.

- Hello.
- Amazing.

- Thank you.
I really enjoy it.

- All right, here we go. Here
we go. Here we go. Here we go.

This is the final dinner
of the season,

And it has to be perfect.

[Humming]

Bloody hell.

- Is it all ready?
- Yep.

- Okay. All hands on deck.
- Pesto jalapeño conch salad,

Yeah, red caviar, okay?

- Ooh, I love capers.

- This looks so good.

- I have never had a conch
like this.

- Oh, my god.

- Get this out of here...
- Listen to me.

That out of here,
that out of here,

That out of here...
- Use your words.

Use your words. Let's not pout.
- That out of here,

And that out of here.
- Okay. Okay.

- I am deciding to just do
ridiculous food.

We're just gonna go for it
on every level.

- Seared foie gras,
blueberry jam,

Black caviar,
and slivered almonds.

- Mmm.
- It's so good.

- It's butternut squash, right?
These are the seeds.

I just toasted them
in olive oil.

- I love that so much.
Going, going, going.

- Wow!
- Here we have rack of lamb,

Butternut squash,
baby asparagus.

Enjoy.
- Thank you.

- Hey, ben, what you got?
- How's it going?

- The lamb was so good.
- Was it?

- Yeah.

- It's just fun to throw
these crazy things together

And get
an absolutely brilliant depth.

Pleasure having you.
Cheers.

- Cheers.
- Salud.

- Salud.

- What do you think
about our whiskers?

- [Laughs]

- We've got a little dance party
in here. Whoo!

We've got color.
We've got music.

- Dance party!

- Whoo!

- This party is a huge success

Because the crew is
getting along,

And the guests can feel that.

And who doesn't like
leopard print and sequins?

- Ow!

- I dig these whiskers.
- Oh, I know.

- Service was amazing.

- I'm glad you think so.
- I think it was perfect...

- I do too.
- Honestly, perfect.

- Are you ready for something,
a compliment kind of?

- What?
- You know how you were like,

"You should always have
three girls on service"?

- "Two girls," I said, yeah.
- Two girls.

I think you were right.

I love that this is
our last charter, 'cause...

- No [bleep].

- Finally I can prove that--
you know what?

My style of service is actually
the high-end style,

'Cause that's what
this guy's used to.

- Well, babe,
we all knew that.

There was never any doubt.
- Uh-huh.

In charter nine, if you do
molecular gastronomy,

I'd love to serve it.

- You're on.
- Great.

- I'll be in key west.

- That's where I'm gonna be.
You're stalking me.

- [Snoring]

[Snores and sighs]

- It's time.
Get up.

- [Bleep].

- We're leaving in, like,
a half hour, right?

I need as much [bleep] help
as I possibly can get right now.

- Espresso?
- Yes.

- What's up?
What do you want me doing?

- cr*ck all these eggs
into this bowl.

- Would you guys like
some water?

- Where's mr. Slover?
- He's at the table.

- Why didn't I know that?
- Uh...

- It's just one of those little
things that I like to know.

Now he's gonna think
breakfast is [bleep] late.

I need service in here.

- All three of 'em are up there.
- All three of 'em up there.

Well, there needs to be someone
down here

'Cause that's where they--
whatever.

- They're eating. They're happy.
They're filling up.

They're good.
- [Bleep] late.

All right, cool.

We banged out breakfast
in 15 minutes,

And dean had
absolutely no idea.

It was incredible.
Thank you, everyone.

Thank you so much.
Thank you, god, moreover.

- So what are you gonna do
when you get to lauderdale?

- My god, I'm gonna relax.

- Do you think you're gonna
get on another boat?

- Not right away, no.

- Kat and I have been through
a lot. We're gonna be okay.

We can't change who we are
at the end of the day.

But I think the way
we handled this

Will only help us

Become closer in the future.

- I'm just gonna
play it by ear.

I would just like to be friends
with amy again,

Because I know back
when we were close,

How many good times we had.

So I'd like to be able
to do that again.

- Final approach to the dock.

Tighten up on the forward.

I need all crew
on the aft deck asap.

- Copy.

Here he comes.

- Thanks, logan.
- Thank you, dean.

- My pleasure, man.
- Dean, great time, every time.

- Oh, so much fun.
- Yeah.

- A pleasure.
- Kate, absolutely.

Captain, thank you.

- It's been really great. We've
had the best time this trip.

So the crew has earned
every dime of that.

- Oh, thank you so much.
- They really have.

It's just been amazing
in every way.

- Glad you enjoyed it.
Hope to see you again.

- Thank you. Absolutely.
- Thank you.

- The fact that dean has had
a wonderful charter

And has such lovely things
to say

Really shows the professional
side of yachting,

Because there's been a lot
of stuff going on below deck

That he has no clue about.

- Bye, dean. Take care.
- Bye.

- It's a pleasure.
- Bye.

- I need everybody
in the crew mess asap.

- Ooh.
[Laughs]

- We made it.

Dean was happy.

His guests were happy.

He left us $16,000 and change.

So, that being said,

Eddie, good job this season.
I appreciate all your effort.

Kelley...

The thing about this charter
season was the anticipation.

You just didn't know
what was coming up next.

I mean, we almost, you know,
left the harbor

With the dock in tow
and 40 other boats.

We got kate making
rocket ships

And eddied stepping
into a new role.

It was just one thing
after another

That we got through.

I'm not quite sure how,
but we did make it.

I just want to say a couple
things about the season.

In general, I thought there was
way too much whining,

Complaining, and bitching
about a job

That we were all hired to do.

So I got a little present.
- Aw.

[Laughter]

- If the shoe fits, you can just
lace that bitch up and wear it.

- We're going to a rave.
- I love it.

[Laughter]

- Right?
Did you say that?

You did.
- On that...

- I love it.

- It's been a slice.
- Well, thank you, captain.

- Yeah, thank you.
- Thank you.

- Thank you.
- Are these sanitized?

- All right, guys, listen, I've
got a professional obligation

That I have to meet
in miami tomorrow.

So I'm flying out tonight.

- Guys, absolute pleasure
working with all of you.

All right?
[Laughter]

- Thanks.

- I love all of you

From the bottom of my heart,
but I'm out.

Whenever you leave

A really, really
hard-core charter season,

It's so tough to leave
all of that emotion behind,

All of those relationships
that you formed...

Captain, it's been amazing.
- It's been a pleasure, pal.

- Amazing. Great season.
We made it.

- You take care of yourself.

- You don't really want it
to end.

It's like reading
a really good book,

And you feel like you've got,
like, five pages left,

And you're like, "god, I wish
I had two more chapters."

- I'm sorry we couldn't have
a relationship on board.

- I wish we had got on better.
- I know.

We did the best we could

With what we were given.
- Yeah.

- All right,
I'll see you in laude.

[Both growl]

- You know I'm gonna miss you.

- Kat's always gonna have
a crush on someone.

And I guess, in this case,
it might be me.

But I love her to death,
you know?

But, like, you know, we both
have significant others,

And it's just a shame that
neither one of them are here.

And if they were,
there wouldn't be this thing.

I just hope that our paths
will meet again.

All right.
- Bye.

- It's nice to kick back
and relax,

Knowing that there is that huge
weight off your shoulders

With that last dinner.

- What's your name?
- Claudine.

- Thank you for taking care
of us tonight.

- I actually used to be
a stewardess

And a chief stew as well,
so I know what it's like.

- Tell us more.

- That's how I met regis,
who's the chef.

He was a head chef on yachts
for about 15 years, yeah.

- I'm so amused to find out
that our server

And the chef
are retired yachties.

It makes so much sense.

Every yachty kind of has this
life they're working towards.

It's nice to see it

In a tangible, visual,
edible version.

Wine just tastes better
off the boat.

It just does.

[Indistinct chatter]

- Whoa! Wow.

There's clams.
There's mussels.

[Indistinct chatter]

- That is incredible.
- I feel terrible.

I wish ben was here, man.
- Me too.

- Everyone, thank you all
for an amazing team,

Amazing friends, and amazing
place we're at tonight.

- It's been fun.
- Yeah.

- Hey, yo!
- I'm not reaching over

This mountain of food.
- Boom, boom, boom.

- I am focused.

- To all these hardworking
mother[bleep] here.

- Yeah.
- Yes.

- Cheers, guys.

- I come off tougher
than I mean to.

Oh.
- I hate good-byes.

- And maybe I'm not as patient
as I should be,

But I mean,
this is yachting.

There's no time for patience.

You're always happy
to leave a yacht

After a hectic charter season

Because you just want
your own space.

But then a month later,
you look back,

And it's funny, you only
remember the good times,

And the bad memories
just seem silly.

- Coming up...

- It's hard saying bye
to ohana,

But it's time to move on.

It's time
for the next adventure.

- All right, see ya.
- Bye, eddie. Thanks so much.

- My pleasure. It's been
a great season, as always.

- Always. I love you.
Don't forget that.

- I'll never forget it.
Love you too, girl.

- I never want to see
a toilet again,

Especially a dirty one.

I'm gonna remove the toilet
from my bathroom,

Dig a hole,
and call it a day.

See you guys soon.
- It's been crazy.

I'm glad it ended well.
- Yeah. Me too.

Me too.
- Give me one more hug.

- I'll be in touch.

Take care.
- Yeah, okay.

- Now that
the charter season's over,

I'm just gonna go back
to lauderdale,

Relax, spend my tip money,

And have lots
of catch-up sex.

[Laughs]

- Take care of yourself, buddy.

- See ya, bud.
- Appreciate it.

- I'm gonna miss all the people

That I have grown
really close to.

So it's sad to say good-bye.

You were great--
great worker, great friend.

- Yeah, I'll miss you.
- I'll miss you, too, dude.

All right, be good.
- All right, bud. Take care.

I'm not gonna miss chamois,

And I'm not gonna miss
squeegees,

And I'm not gonna miss
scrubbing teak decks

And polishing stainless steel.

But I'll miss working
with these guys,

And I'll miss being
in the islands.

You know, I've got to go back
to the tundra of baltimore.

Out of the frying pan
into the freezer, I guess.

- It's been good.
- Yeah, call me, logan.

- Good getting to know you.
- Yeah. You too, man.

- It's always a--you know,
a worry joining a new crew,

Joining a new boat,

And I felt like I just got
up to speed with everybody...

- Bye, logan!
- Bye!

And then it's cut short.

Sexy pose.

Okay, we've made the world
a better place.

- Out of here.

I'm glad that I didn't get
too drunk

And make poor choices
with any of the stews.

I came away from the boat
unblemished,

Untarnished, untouched, so...
[Laughs]

Well, we'll chalk
that up as a win.

- I am gonna miss you...

- Yeah, I'll miss you too.

Thank you so much...
- A lot. Thank you, sweetie.

- For all of the guidance
and the encouragement

And the support--
I really appreciate it.

[Voice breaking]
it's hard saying bye to ohana.

I found somebody
who I'm so happy to have found.

- I hate good-byes.

- And I'll miss you.

I don't want to leave the room
where we met

And the sundeck

Where we had
all of the kisses ever.

[Laughs]

- When I walk away
from the boat,

I have all of my things
in this dock cart.

That's everything I own.

So it's time to move on.

It's time
for the next adventure.

- Good job, buddy.
Take care of yourself.

- I will.

- Thank you for everything,
captain.

These people,
good, bad, or ugly,

Mean a lot to me.

Whether it's been bumpy
or there's been trials

Or, you know,
there's an uni incident,

I really am thankful
for this experience,

And I appreciate
my crew members.

Okay.

- Last time
walking down the dock, amy.

- Right?

- This whole experience
has had ups and downs,

And I think everybody has seen
basically every emotion I have.

I've cried.
I've been furious.

I almost b*at up three guys.

Everything that has happened
has made me a better person,

And I wouldn't take it back.

- This is my passion.

What's not to like?

My office has the best view.

I've got a constant stream
of different personalities

To deal with,

Which makes it interesting,
keeps it fresh.

Challenges
are always different,

So it keeps you sharp.

So, yeah, hell, yeah...

I love my damn job.
