about the traditions


and what they signify.

[Brennon] Yes, sir. My family's religious.

They're all Christian.
I've never been to a Jewish wedding.

or the yarmulke signifies


that God is always over us.

When I went with Morgan
when she converted,


there's a lot of things that I learned
that I didn't know before.

[Adam] The ketubah, or the contract,
it's actually like a, um, prenup.

Where you're promising that if,

in the case of a divorce,

you promise to continue
to take care of her, both financially, uh,


with the kids,
provide her shelter, provide her food.


[Barry] Watch out. This is real.

It's no joke.

It's a real one.

Whatever happens in life,
I'm always gonna be there to support her


and be there for her,
and build her up as best I can.


You know, I hope that we do have
y'all's support going forward.


[Alexa] Yeah.

I just want you to provide
the best family life that you can


and travel and experience, all this...
Everything that the world has to offer.


So there's several of the traditions.
There is a chuppah,


which is the arc
that you get married under.


And that's four posts.

[Adam] It's supposed to signify your home.

So that's the first time you're walking
into your symbolic home


as husband and wife.

And then you have the tradition,
which is very Jewish,


the breaking of the glass.

[Alexa] Mm-hmm.

[Adam] Another tradition. The veil.

That he puts it over your face,
and it signifies he loves...


Like this ugly ho?

It's... He loves you for inner beauty,
not your outer beauty.


-[Alexa] I think...
-[Brennon] Perfect for us.

-The circumstances we met.

How long have you been thinking
about taking your first lesson?

What's your biggest vision of your dance?
How do you really want it to look?

I'd recommend either a foxtrot or a foxy.

Is it weird for you
to see me with somebody?


[Maureen] Yes, it is.

'Cause the last time I saw you,
there wasn't a ring on that finger.

I was single as a Pringle.


-[Richard] Yeah.
-[parents laugh]


We were talking at the hotel.
Like, "We'll just treat this


like any other meet-the-boyfriend."

-We never had a meet-the-boyfriend.
-[Matt] I was about to ask how they went.


If I ever have somebody, it's like...

-They're gone within a few months.
-[Richard] Usually gone.


[parents laughing]

-Should I be running, or...
-[Maureen] No, no, no.

[laughs]

[Maureen] What did you think
of these pods?


[Matt] Well, if you're
with somebody that you enjoy...

With her, it was more of a feeling like,
"You know what, let's just..."


It doesn't matter what
we're talking about. We're having fun.


It was just a... We just had fun.
I think that was the main thing, right?


[Colleen] Yeah. I need somebody like you,

who's gonna, like, make me
feel comfortable, and that's what you did.


'Cause you guys know me,
like, I don't get deep.


-[Matt murmurs]
-[snickering]

-Like, you know? [laughs]


[Matt] They both drink.
I don't know what's going on here.

[Colleen] Whenever we would talk...

We would, like, laugh first,

and then we would like...
It would just be like, "Oh, okay,"


and then we'd start talking about,
like, those kinds of things


-that I don't usually talk about.
-Yeah.


-Well, you keep those things private.
-Yeah.


It's not that she doesn't feel those.

It's just that she keeps
them very private.


[Matt] Absolutely.

It's not that I don't wanna talk
about that stuff, it's just,


I don't know where to start.

[Matt] I think we both
kinda were like that.


Do you think the being behind the screen

allowed you to have
deeper feelings for someone?


Not seeing the person?

Yeah, absolutely, I think.

It brought a whole 'nother sense
of feelings up.

Like, I couldn't judge him
on what I usually judge people on.


I think if you can build a connection

and a strong connection just talking,
like, you find that person


-the most attractive person in the world.
-It shouldn't.


[Maureen] So, what did
your parents say when you said,


"I'm gonna sign up for this."
Or "I'm gonna..."


So they thought it was a scam.
They thought I was crazy. [chuckles]


They thought all of the above.

And then they watched the show,
and they were, uh...


They thought it might be
a good thing for me.

-They were on board.


So what'd y'all think?
What do y'all think about the whole thing?

-We're still in denial.


[Maureen] Well, you know,
you're very nice.

I'd love to have gotten
to know you better.


Look, honestly, my entire life,
family has been my number one thing,


but especially the last two,
three years of my life.


I kinda mentioned it to you
on the FaceTime,


"If I could've done it differently,
I would've."


I would've loved to come meet you guys.

I wish I would have,

you know, gotten to know you longer,

but I'm very comfortable talking to you.

what my concerns are.


Communicating and conflict.

My concerns are that I don't know

if he would still be there

because I think
the pressure of marriage does get to him.

Our disagreement with the role of family

is perhaps one of the first major

conflicts Raven and I, uh,
are having in this whole process,


but being in love with Raven is, um...

is complex.

It is not a straightforward road,
uh, and that's how I like it.


The wedding is only days away,
and I'm hoping that this date


will help reset the, you know,

calm, romantic, intimate vibe
that Raven and I have been missing.


Ooh! Can I see my flowers?

We're not basic. We're not simple.

Our relationship is deeper.
It's complicated.


It's very important for me

I think one of the biggest things

And, I mean, I also kind of have both.

You know, business in the front,
party in the back kinda thing.


[both laugh]

-So yeah, I like that a lot.

And the way that you, like,

And I think that's really what it's about,

just sitting there and just envisioning


what our future together will be like?

in five years from now?

I see kids in the picture.

You know, like, I've always dreamed of,
you know, a happy family, um...


You know, protect my family
and provide for my family


and make sure, like, you know,
to me, family's like... It's like home.


Uh, you know, family.
A really good place with our careers.

And I just see like, you know, like,
a happy, healthy relationship, you know?

Uh, it's one of the biggest things

just attracting people

and really great connection.

and comfy.

It's like a good feeling
when I look at SK.


I feel great about this.

not believe in us, you know?

I feel like if I had
