Oh, there you are!

[chuckles]

Hi, there! Come on in.

You know, I...

Hmm.... [sniffs]

Hey...

What's that smell? It smells...
[sniffs]

fresh and clean...

[sniffs] Hmm?

Ha! It is you!

Ooh...
you are smelling so good today.

Aaah,

but then you always
smell good to me.

[chuckles]

Anyway, I was just on my way

to pick up Tutter
over at mouse school.

Hey, do you want to come
with me? Oh, Good! Come on!

Now students, today I want

to talk about the
way we see things.

I want you to tell to me what
you see when you look at this.

Hmm...

Yes, Moss?

Uh,
well I see a bunch of grapes,

a banana,
an apple and like some nuts.

Oh that was wonderful, Moss!

[cross talk]

What about you, Luke?

Oh... uh, well...

Partially, I see a bowl of fruit

and partially I see the
back of Keisha's head.

[laughs]

Very good, Luke! Now,
Lilly, what do you see?

Lunch! I'm kinda hungry.

[laughs]

That's very good Lilly! Now,
You see?

Everyone has a different and

interesting way
of seeing things.

That's called
your point of view!

ALL: Oooww...

I don't get it. It's a
bowl of fruit, right?

Shhhhh!

Now, What I'd like you to
do for tomorrow is to make

something that shows how
you see things like no one else!

Paint it! Sculpt it!
Write a poem about it!

And have fun!

Art is a great way to
show your own particular

point of view! Class dismissed.

Hey everyone!

-Ahhh!
-Oh, don't worry.

It's just me,
Bear. Here to pick up Tutter.

-Hi, Bear.
-Hey Tutter. Ready to go home?

Sure, sure, sure, Bear.

[music plays]

Bowl of fruit.

[Treelo chuckles]

-Hello, Bear.
-Hey Treelo.

-Hello, Tutter!
-Yes, hello, Treelo.

Just bowl.

-Oh hickory dickory!
-Oh, hickory dickory!

Um... Tutter? Is there
something I can help you with?

I don't know Bear.
I just don't know.

Well, um, try me.

Okay. Well,
we got this assignment at school

to make a piece
of art that shows

how we see things
like no one else...

To show our... point of view.

Wow! That sounds
like a neat assignment.

Yeah! Treelo like
to make things!

Yeah. Yeah. Except
the way I see things

doesn't seem so
different to me. I mean,

when I look at this fruit
bowl I just see a bowl of fruit.

No matter how I look
at it that's what I see:

Bowl of fruit!

-Bowl of...
-Treelo!

Hmm...

I mean,
I'm just a little mouse, Bear.

What's so different about
the way I see things?

Well, Tutter, you do have
your own way of seeing things.

-Yeah!
-I do?

Yes. So this assignment
could be about anything.

Anything, huh? Hmm...

I guess you're right Bear.

I mean,
the sky's the limit, right?

Huh!

Well I better go, Bear.

I've got a lot to figure
out. I'll see you guys later.

Oh, okay Tutter.

-Bear, Bear!
-What is it?

Treelo want to paint pictures
of the way Treelo see things!

Ooh, what a good idea.

I'll get you some paint,
brushes and paper.

Thanks, Bear!

Hmm...

Hey,

have you ever thought
about your point of view?

Point of view. Yeah.

Well, a view is the
way you see things!

And everybody sees
things differently.

For example, a giraffe can
see over the tops of trees...

[chirping]

But to a ladybug blades of
grass can look like a forest!

[owl hooting]

But a point of view is
also the way you feel

and think about things.

And remember nobody sees the
world exactly the way you do!

who are you? ♪

♪ It all depends upon your
point of view because... ♪

♪ To your mom, you're her honey
to a Martian, you look funny ♪

♪ In the mirror,
you're just you ♪

♪ It all depends on
your point of view ♪

Mount Everest ♪

you're the cleverest ♪

♪ To your brother,
you're cuckoo ♪

♪ It all depends upon
your point of view ♪

♪ Little twigs look
a lot like logs ♪

♪ From the point
of view of frogs ♪

♪ And if you're
feelin' little too ♪

♪ You can always
change your point of view ♪

♪ 'Cause once you
see the larger picture ♪

♪ Everything starts
looking richer ♪

♪ The world is bigger
than you know ♪

♪ Climb up a mountain,
see the show ♪

♪ How great you
make it is up to you ♪

♪ It all depends on
your point of view ♪

Oh. yeah!

[chuckles]

-Ooh, Treelo's painting.
-Bear! Shhhh!

Oh, sorry!

[whispers] Treelo needs quiet
while he's working.

Huh...

Bear, uh, could you
hand me the red, please!

Oh, I guess I'm
the artist's assistant.

Ah... red. Here you go.

Thank you!

[struggles]

Hmm...

Blue! Blue, okay. Here you go.

No, no, no! Not that
blue. The other blue, Bear!

Oh, Sorry.

-Here you go.
-Thank you!

[struggles]

[sighs]

Finished!

Ooh. May we look at your work,
Treelo?

Of course. Treelo's
painting is for everybody!

[chuckles]

Wow Treelo. This is great!

Thank you.

So it's a picture of...

Of...

Hmm...

Well, whatever it is,
it's just beautiful.

TUTTER: Bear!

Hey, that sounded like Tutter.
I wonder what's going on.

This might have something
to do with his school project.

Let's go find out.

Treelo come to. I want to
show Tutter Treelo painting!

Oh, okay. Come one. Here you go,
Treelo.

Thank you, Bear.

Alright people! Let's get
moving we don't have all day!

Tutter! What's going on?

Hey Bear. Hi Treelo. Guess what?

I decided what I'm doing
for my assignment.

I'm making a movie!

Wow! That's great Tutter!

Yeah. I found this
old movie camera

that Grandma Flutter gave me

and then it hit me

I'll make a movie...
a blockbuster!

The best school
project of all time!

Tutter look!

Treelo make paintings of the way
Treelo sees things. Want to see?

Huh? Oh.

That's great Tree, but I'm
busy makin' a movie here.

Gotta make the day!
Make the day!

Where do you want the
space ship Mr. Tutter, sir?

Umm... I...

Just put it over there
for the blast off scene.

-Okay, why is it so heavy?
-I do not know.

Umm...

Tutter,
what's with the space ship?

Oh, well, Bear,
my film is an action

packed adventure about
the first mouse on Mars.

And it's called,
get this, "Mouse on Mars."

Catchy title huh? Uh... Sure.

It's going to be an
absolutely realistic drama

about a group of mice and
their adventures on Mars.

-Tutter?
-What! Ooh, Ojo...

you looking gorgeous,
baby. What can I do for you?

What can I do for you?

Um... Mr. Tutter... um, sir...
I was, um, wondering... um...

Out with it Ojo!
We don't have all day!

Less "umms" and more
getting to the point!

We're burning
daylight here! Daylight!

Oh,
well. I was just wondering...

how cold is it on
Mars? Or is it hot?

Should my character
wear a coat? Do you know?

Hmmm... that's actually
a good question, Ojo, uh...

I'm not sure...

Yeah, and Tutter,
we were wondering...

what color should the ground be?

Shouldn't it be red?

Red? Whataya mean?

Well, Tutter,
I think Pip and Pop mean

Mars is also known
as "The Red Planet"

because... well, it is red.

What...? How am I going
to paint everything red?

Well... It's okay, Tutter...

Yeah, and shouldn't we
have space helmets on?

I don't think
there's air on Mars?

No air? Whoa!

Well,
that's gonna shorten the trip!

I can't make this movie!

I don't know
anything about Mars!

Nothin', Bear! Nothin'!
What was I thinking?

Tutter, it's okay. [thud]

Look, we'll go to the library
and we'll do research on Mars.

Yeah, I guess...

But... Tutter, this
assignment you told me about

doesn't it have to be more about
you and your point of view?

But, Bear,
I just see things in a... a...

boring old Tutter way! Huh!

At least Mouse on Mars
would've been exciting!

Mouse on Mars is
officially cancelled!

[yells]

Tutter! Wait...

Does that mean we can
take off the ears now?

[sighs]

They kind of itch.

[music plays]

Tutter? Tutter?

Hey, Bear. Down here.

Oh, Tutter,

I want to help you with this...

There's nothing to be done,
Bear! Nothing!

My point of view
just isn't interesting.

[shadow laughs]

Hey that's Shadow! Tutter,

maybe a shadow story
would cheer you up.

Oh, okay,
Bear. It's worth a try, I guess.

Well... if we sing our song,
maybe she'll appear.

-Ready?
-Uh-uh.

♪ Where oh where oh where
Is Shadow? ♪

♪ Where oh where oh where
is Shadow? ♪

♪ Where oh where oh where
Is Shadow? ♪

♪ Where could Shadow be? ♪

Shadow!

[shadow laughs]

Oh, Shadow! There you are.

-Hi Shadow.
-Hello Bear. Hello Tutter!

I've just been skipping
over the ripples on the pond!

Ooh, that sounds like fun.

Well, Shadow, do you happen
to have a story for us today?

Why certainly, Bear.

The way I see it, there's always
a wonderful story to tell.

Just watch.

♪ A duck and a ladybag
who's eating a cake ♪

That's a good cake.

♪ Went to the woods
to visit the lake ♪

♪ Lost, they got lost
on the home ♪

♪ When this duck decided
he wanted to roam ♪

-Quack! I have a shortcut.
-Oh, brother!

♪ They wandered
through the woods ♪

♪ 'till their legs did ache♪

♪ When the ladybug saw
some crumbs from the cake ♪

Look my friend,
we can follow the crumbs back.

♪ The duck squinting hard
he said with a quack ♪

I just can't see
anything at all.

Here, follow me.

It's a good think
that I'm small.

♪ They came to the place
where she has started to eat ♪

Yikes!
There's still cake crumbs.

♪ She whined in defeat ♪

♪ And then and there
she started to cry♪

♪ When the duck thought,
perhaps, perhaps it should fly ♪

Perhaps I can fly, wow!

Now I just see
just where we are.

Truth, we’re not very far.

Quack!

♪ Home at last they were
out to their tangle ♪

♪ It pays to look from a
different angle ♪

I'm tall.

I'm small.

Ooh!

Wow, what a great story, Shadow.

Yeah, Shadow. Thanks.

My pleasure,
I'm glad you both liked it.

Well, I'm off. But if
you need another story,

just try and catch me!

[laughs]

You know, Tutter, that story
reminded me of your assignment.

Huh? Well, how's that, Bear?

Well, the way I see it,

everyone,
no matter who they are,

has a very interesting and
worthwhile point of view.

[sighs] Yeah, I guess.

Bear! Bear! Tutter!
Treelo finished exhibit.

Want to come see?

Hey, do you want to see
Treelo's art exhibit? Come on!

Why not?

Ha!

Wow! Look at all this!

Oh my! Treelo, this is great!

Thank you for coming, Bear.

Treelo. These are cool.
They really are.

Thank you! Treelo tell you
what they are if you want.

Sure!

Huh!

This one is bananana.

A banana?

Yeah. After Treelo eat it.

Banana after you ate
it. Interesting, Treelo!

when I'm swinging from trees!

Aaah...

Wow! That's so cool.

Hey, Bear, who would have
thought Treelo would see things

in such a beautiful
and interesting way!

[gasps] Wait a minute!

Hold the phone. Hold it!

Bear, I think I'm seeing
something... yes...

I'm seeing my movie!

[music plays]

Oh, I'm so excited.

Today is the day
Tutter is going to

show his movie
down at mouse school.

Hey, would you like to come with
me and see it? Great! Let's go.

♪ And that is how
I see the world ♪

♪ A place for me
to dance and twirl ♪

♪ A friendly land
to be so free ♪

♪ A special place
for you and me! ♪

Wow. That was amazing, Rita.

That was great, huh,
Luke? Wow, she is so talented.

Yes, yes. Thank you Rita,
that was a beautiful song.

And now class,
last but not least,

Tutter will screen
his film entitled

"The view from me!"
Ready, Tutter?

Ready!

Dim the light, please!

Here's my point of view
from my mouse hole door.

A visit from my good friend,
Ojo!

-A short visit.
-Hey. Cool!

[laughs]

Here I am on a perilous
journey through rough terrain.

What's this? An earthquake?
A volcano about to erupt?

[screams]

It's just my good friend, Bear.

From my point of view, Bear's
refrigerator is a huge mountain!

And all the way at the top...

so close and yet so far
a piece of cheddar!

Oooh!

How would I ever get to
this tasty treasure, so far,

far away from my grasp? I
had lost all hope but look.

[screams]

It's my friend Bear! Here to
help me reach the cheesy feast!

[chuckles]

Wow!

And so, when all is said
and done, for a little mouse,

the world is a big
and exciting place

any way you look at it!
[chuckles]

-Alright! That was great Tutter!
-So exciting!

Oh,

[screams]

for some tea, cake and
a rare exhibit of lemur art!

[all cheering]

what a wonderful day we've had.

You know, I bet Luna will
want to hear all about it.

Let's go up and
tell her. Come on.

Hmm...

Ah. There she is! Hello, Luna.

Hello, Bear.

I was just in the
night sky chatting

with my good friends the stars.

So, how is everything
in the Big Blue House?

Oh, everything's great, Luna.

Tutter made a movie for
an assignment in school

to show how he sees things.

He did? A movie? How wonderful!

Oh, it was wonderful, Luna.

He found out that everyone sees
things in an interesting way

even a little mouse.
And he did a great job.

Well, I'm not surprised.

Oh,

and Treelo got inspired and
did some beautiful paintings

that showed the
way he sees things.

I'll bet they were
very creative!

Oh they were!

[chuckles]

You know Bear, I can see a lot
from up here high in the sky

and one thing I can tell you
is that everyone's point of view

is different and interesting.

It's part of what makes
them who they are.

Hmm.

I guess that's sort of the
moon's eye view of things...

That's right, Bear. Well,
I better be going.

Well, Luna, before you go,

will you sing the
Goodbye song with me?

I'd love to Bear.
