Yeah!

MALIK: Treeborhood Harvest Day.

[singing]

[humming]

ZADIE: The road in this town

is going to be really twisty.

Zeke, did you not know

this sticker means "library"?

The library goes by the big, big tree.

Come on, Zadie.

Ride bikes with me.

It's too nice to be inside.

I want to play town.

Ask Sammy, or JunJun.

[sighs]: I did.

They're busy.

If today was Harvest Day, then we'd all be outside.

What's Harvest Day?

You don't remember from last year?

Mm-mm.

I remember from last year.

There's a carrot and a tomato,

then they dance and look at the moon...

Actually, Harvest Day comes once a year,

and it's the best day

because everyone stops being busy

and goes outside to pick vegetables.

And we cook a giganto meal and eat it,

and play in the Thankfulness Bowl.

Because mainly, it's a day for being thankful.

Ooh, ooh, ooh! Let's have a Harvest Day!

When is it?

You never know when it'll be.

It's up to Kat and Kit.

Whenever they think the vegetables

at the Sow'n'Grow are ripe and ready to pick,

they'll blow the Harvest...

The greatest sports event of the year,

the Treeborhood Thankfulness Bowl!

Let's do this!

[whistles]

[shouting]: It's time to start creating

the traditional Treeborhood Yummy Tummy Stew!

[cheers]

I love that stew!

I've been looking forward to it all year.

But first, we pick the official taste tester for the stew.

Right, Grandma?

That's right.

The taste tester has a very important job.

They make sure the stew is the yum-yum-yummiest it can be.

MR. E: Which means, one,

the vegetables need to be in bite-sized pieces.

Two, the stew can't be too thick or too thin.

And, three, the veggies must be fully cooked,

so they're soft enough for a fork to stick into them.

I've longed to be the taste tester my entire life.

I wrote down everybody's names on these slips of paper,

and whoever's name I pick is this year's taste tester.

This year, the taste tester is...

[buzzer buzzing]

Everyone remember the rules to the Thankfulness Bowl?

You must pass the ball to every one of your teammates

and say something you're thankful for.

Then, the last player hits it into the basket.

The tricky part is,

the other team can try to grab the ball

as you pass it. [chuckles]

You see? It's tricky.

[plays chord]

What should we do first, Chef Zeke?

Maybe we ought to wash the veggies before we cook 'em?

[whooping]: I love when this happens.

The veggies are now all clean.

To create the Traditional Treeborhood Yummy Tummy Stew,

it has every kind of veggie we harvested: plantains,

ZEKE: Yeah, we added water

to make the mud thinner and gooier so we could mash it.

Let's see if adding water makes the stew thinner.

Is the stew the yum-yum- yummiest it can be?

Nope. [both groan]

Well, how can we improve it?

What can we do?

We need to make it thick, but not too thick.

How do we do that?

Hmm.

Maybe we can make it thicker if we add thicker vegetables?

Let me see.

Ewie! Tomato gooey on my foot.

That tomato goo looks pretty thick.

Let's add more tomatoes to the stew to thicken it.
