What's a moth?

is an insect.

It comes in all kinds of
shapes and sizes.

look at this moth,

what do you see?

OLIVE: Awww... It has cute
little fuzzy antennae.

ELINOR: It looks a lot
like a butterfly.

MS. MOLE: That's right,
moths and butterflies...

are very similar but
they're different.

Moths come in lots of
dazzling colors and sizes.

OLIVE: Wow!

ELINOR: It's so pretty.

MS. MOLE: Some moths
even like to hide,

like this one.

ARI: Uhh...
Which moth, Ms. Mole?

I just see some leaves.

ELINOR: What?!

That moth looked
just like a leaf!

MS. MOLE: Isn't it amazing?

MS. MOLE: And how
about this one?

MS. MOLE: This is an atlas moth,
the largest moth in the world.

MS. MOLE: The atlas
moth is so big,

it sometimes gets
confused for a bird, too.

ELINOR: Wow, moths can
be as big as birds...

and as pretty as leaves.

MS. MOLE: That's right!

Now where did
hummingbird moth go?

OLIVE: There it is!

MR. RABBIT: Thanks for helping
me pick these peaches, kids.

It sure is easier with
some extra hands.

We love picking peaches.

It's easy to carry lots
of peaches when you can juggle.

Turnips, cabbage, and garlic
