We're diverting all incoming traumas.

Sometimes my, uh, nails would dig in to my hands, and I would even break the skin sometimes, but it helped.

The more I thought about my hands, the less I thought about anything else.

And sometimes I would just scream my head off.

And it would drive my doctors crazy, but...
